We were shocked and confused by the information provided by our travel supplier, so we went online and found the AARP website, which provided a wide range of options for travel insurance. That was still confusing, so we called Aardy, a company that apparently partners with AARP on travel insurance. Stephanie was our customer service agent, and she was fantastic. She quickly helped us identify the best policy. We saved hundreds of dollars, and, best of all, we understand what we purchased. She was great!

It's been interesting to compare with my Ancestry.com results. I'm still trying to figure out what's here; it's a little confusing. I also don't like what both companies do with their "premium" offers. Just give us the best that you have with our first purchase!!

The quality of the meals is great, as is the flexibility in ordering. We have found that preparation time is much longer than the company indicates, and the menus options are heavily on pork and chicken, with almost no beef options and seafood options are not as extensive as we would like.

The initial information I received indicated that this property had independent living. With the actual profile, it is clearly not appropriate for independent living. So, the search engine needs to be more refined.
