Alpha poor service, engineer Richard excellent.
Although disappointed with the organisation element of Alpha, the engineer Richard was excellent as always. I explained my boiler was well over due a service. I attempted on several occasions to ring last year and even emailed to arrange a service visit but did not get any reponse. I gave up on the calling as I was approx 30 in the queue on a few calls. There should have been a ring me back option. Very disappointing. I also had no response to my emails.
This time, Richard rang me to say he was on his way. I knew nothing about the appointment but I was fortunately available. As I say Richard was brillient but very un impresses with the logistical service. I continued to pay my monthly payments but actually missed out on one annual service and therefore felt I had not got value for money for last year.
In June 22 I did recieve one VM message for this year service but was away on holiday and could not respond. So, if there could be a finacial recompence for last years contributions or another reward for the lack of service last year I would appreciate it. I dont like to complain however, i feel i have no choice hence the 1 star. However, 5 stars for the engineer.
