I was having difficulty finding an AARP offer I saw a couple of weeks ago so I started a chat. Caroline was very helpful and was going to have someone call me. I missed my call so she sent me a number to speak with an agent. My agent Melody found what I was looking for, she was easy to understand, and very informative. She answered my questions, I purchased the insurance, and she told me what to look for in my email. Very easy, pleasant process!

I did not receive the part I ordered nor an explanation for the substitute.
What I received does not fit. I got no response by trying to contact. I'm resorting to returning the item and can only hope I will be reimbursed. Of course returning their error is at my expense. 0 stars needs to be an option!
