Tesco vouchers +Immediate Media

Had renewal letter for Gardeners World magazine subscription. £47.99. Tried to use Tesco vouchers to value £48. Price to renew using vouchers£59.50so got extra vouchers to cover the cost. Told by ImmediateMedia that 2 vouchers not acceptable. Umpteen emails +one phone call all with conflicting advice.Has any one else had same problem and if so how was it resolved? Help!

Sky package cancellations

I cancelled my Sky package on 20 November 24. On 20 December my Sky account predicted broadband charges of £43 for the next 3 months. I rang Sky +was told that was the way their system operated and I would not be charged. I have been charged today! After 58 minutes of talking to Sky cancellations today I am no further forward. They are blaming my new broadband provider. Is this robbery and if so how can I get reimbursed?

Newsteam promotions!!…

On 26 Oct I received a call from Newsteam , not the usual number offering me free £25 worth of goods. Toilet rolls,butter,milk,eggs! First delivery would be Sund 27 and 2nd delivery 30th. I was told a confirmation email would be sent explaining.No email! Toilet paper arrived on Sunday butter arrived Wednesday. More toilet rolls arrived yesterday! I emailed asking for explanation. They called me and said that I would be charged for future deliveries none of which I had ordered. Has anyone else been misled in the same way?

I have emailed them.I have phoned them and was told the delivery driver was a few streets away. That was well over an hour ago. Yet again appalling service.

Very poor service

Yet again missed delivery on the 19October, frequent late deliveries, no delivery today and despite a promise to credit me for missed delivery they have not done so on my latest bill.

Dreadful! Avoid this company.Amazon says my parcel was handed to courier on 2 October.The courier,Yodel says they have not received it. There does not seem to be a way to speak to a human either at Goods Wholesale or Yodel.

Often late deliveries

Often late deliveries, occassional no deliveries and delivery costs rise frequently without us being informed. Dreadful help line listing every area in the country where papers or magazines are expecting late deliveries ,all before you can speak to a human.

Threatening letter

Waiting for customer complaints to ring back. I had written letter about "missed/partially paid" payments for the last 2months which they admitted on phone was incorrect. Was told compaint dept. would ring. Nothing from them. Then despite screenshots of the letter to compaints department yesterday still no reply.
