Michael walked me through all the insurance options for a cruise to the Scandanavian countries and we picked the plan that suited me best. He also reviewed a plan that covers only medical issues while traveling to Italy, and I purchased that plan as well.

Two things made this a great experience. 1) After I visited your website and entered travel information for our Spring 2025 trip, AARDY sent me an email with multiple options for travel insurance; TII being the best price and a company I have dealt with previously. 2) I had a great conversation with Peter, who explained everything, and I purchased the TII FlexPlan. For our travel in Fall 2025, I will return to AARDY and ask for Peter.

On the website, I was able to book 2 first-class tickets from London to Glasgow. The web experience was fine, but there was no "chat box" to have questions answered. That is my only complaint.
