Several Issues

You never have enough staff. The drive thru's are long waits, especially the one in Somerset. And especially on a Saturday.
Your hours are ridiculous. Closing so early during the weekday, at 3 and 4.
I've switched to another bank as their hours are so much more accommodating, especially to folks who work full time.. All the money spent at the North Main Street location so it can look like a spa and not a business could've been allocated to your present staff and to hiring new staff.
