First Christiana was very helpful during the chat. She answered our questions and recommended that we speak with an agent. That agent, Sereniti, was most patient with us and helped us understand components to the policy that most interested us. She also helped us to understand that we could pay for the policy in stages; make a partial payment now and pay out the rest once we submit the full payment for our cruise. She was great.
