I was given a 2 hour time slot between 5.07pm and 7.07pm
I realised at 8.30pm I had had no delivery or contact to say it had been delayed. I had been tracking the driver and he had basically been sat in the same place for about 2 hours!
When he finally arrived there was no apology. I am on crutches and asked if he would lift it in for me, he refused and said it's not his job. I get that but he could see I couldn't do it myself. I had to refuse the parcel as it was too heavy for me.
10 minutes later I get an email to say parcel delivered. I look outside and it's propped up against the wall in the pouring rain.

Delivery slot 17.07-19.07 arrived gone 9pm!!
No phone call or email to let me know.
Delivery driver didnt even apologise. Also would not bring the box inside, even though I am on crutches. I refused the parcel only to go out with my dogs and find it sat outside in the pouring rain.
This was XPD parcel service who I've never heard of.
I struggled to drag this heavy, now soaking wet, bigger than me box into my street door where it has now sat for 2 days as I can't get it any further!!
