Turned up past 9pm
I was given a 2 hour time slot between 5.07pm and 7.07pm
I realised at 8.30pm I had had no delivery or contact to say it had been delayed. I had been tracking the driver and he had basically been sat in the same place for about 2 hours!
When he finally arrived there was no apology. I am on crutches and asked if he would lift it in for me, he refused and said it's not his job. I get that but he could see I couldn't do it myself. I had to refuse the parcel as it was too heavy for me.
10 minutes later I get an email to say parcel delivered. I look outside and it's propped up against the wall in the pouring rain.
