Bad customer service
I have ordered here several times without any issues. Recently, I placed a new order. It was supposed to be shipped on November 3rd and arrive by November 20th at the latest. It is now December 8th, and I still haven’t received it.
I have tried contacting customer service several times, starting two weeks ago, but received no response…
Do not buy here — once something goes wrong, there is no help at all.
