No issue at all with the driver.

No issue at all with the driver.
My package was due on the 3rd December you showed it as the 4th which was not good. I changed it to the 5th instead, it wasn’t delivered until the 6th.
It then said delivery on the 8th!
Your system clearly does not work.

I'm deeply sorry for the confusion which has arisen, due to the changing date information you had received via notifications. Please be assured, this isn't the customer experience we wish to provide, as I can appreciate the inconvenience this would have also created.

However, I do appreciate this valuable insight, as this information will only aid us in making general improvements to our overall service moving forward.

Again, I'm so sorry for that we've not fully met your expectations on this occasion. Although, I'm glad the goods were eventually received successfully.
