My 14yo loves the new electric bike
My 14yo loves the new electric bike. It is creating the freedom he is desiring in a way that is safe.
I purchased the Aipas amp 1 received it…
I purchased the Aipas amp electric dirt bike gen 1 I received it a few months later after purchase. This bike is sick for a gen 1 electric bike. Level 1 with a 200 pounds and 5'6" rider the bike went 36 miles an hour in about 4 secs That's just ridiculous for a price of 1300 bucks. Level 2 torque was an instantaneous different for throttle response. Level 3 was stupid. I easily hit 50 miles per hour. Honestly on that small bike for my size going any faster felt insane. I purchased this bike for my 13 year old son. I had to test it first obviouslyfor saftey purposes. My recommendation is unless you know your child can handle a bike that has crazy torque and is an experienced rider dont buy this bike because its scary fast and not for inexperienced riders. What I would like to see for improvements on gen 2. Better forks maybe even make the fork tension adjustable. Rear shock adjustable beefier brakes for the speeds this bike puts out definetely beefier brakes. For kids be able to lock and unlock the speed levels somehow. Overall very well built bike for the money. Lastly need to do something about the seat that thing is hard as a rock.
Returns are nearly impossible
I ordered 3 ebikes. I spoke with my wife and found out that our kids had already done that, so I emailed to cancel the order 30 minutes after making the order. There have been dozens of emails back and forth. It has been over a week and I still am no closer to getting a refund. They send email after email saying they desperately want to keep the sale. They'll throw in a free mirror, or $60 off the bikes. They quite literally refuse to refund the money. I have disputed the charge with PayPal and they say "Man...we were just about to refund your money, but now that it's in dispute we can't. If you could go to PayPal and cancel the dispute we can refund your money tomorrow..." They're saying that because once canceled, the case cannot be reopened.
They don't get that when you apologize for inconveniencing someone, it's worthless if you continue to actively inconvenience them. Very dishonest business. I will never buy anything from them just on principle. They are why people are paranoid about shopping online. They are super courteous while trying to steal your money.
I ordered an A2 bike a week ago
I ordered an A2 bike a week ago. I was immediately charged for the purchase and notified via email of the charge. That was the only contact I received from Aipas. The original tracking link in that email shows the bike still hasn't shipped.
Aipas M2 Pro Xterrain
The Aipas M2 Pro Xterrain is a powerful, comfortable, and versatile e-bike built for mixed terrain. Its strong motor, full suspension, and fat tires make hills and rough paths easy, while the stable ride feels great for commuting or exploring. It’s heavy and not the most agile, but the value, power, and smoothness make it an excellent choice for riders who want capability without a premium price.
You are never to old to ride
We are in our late 60's and I bought an electric bike from Aipas. It arrived in a timely manner. All the accessories I bought later shipped very quickly. My husband bought a different brand bike, and when we built mine, he was shocked how much better my bike was than his. We love riding our bikes, but he is considering ordering an Aipas bike for him in the spring. I was concerned about riding a bike after not riding a bike for 55+ years, but the Aipas bike was easy to ride. We live in PA and snow has made it's appearance. So we now have to wait till spring to ride again.

Very easy to set up out of the box very easy to ride. I love all the extra features of the bike great bike all around.
So much fun!
I am so absolutely ENTHRALLED by AIPAS!!
I am so absolutely ENTHRALLED by AIPAS Bikes!
First things first- the oversized seat i got! Dude. Ok, we ALL know how most all bike seats are; U-N-C-O-M-F-O-R-T-A-B-L-E 😆. That "banana" that sticks out of the seat to ensure your not comfortable and the TINY little spot for a booty that isn't comfortable for ANYONE for more than 2 minutes can become a huge pain when your on a long ride.
And even though I give it to AIPAS for giving you the best "non upgraded bike seat", the upgraded seat from AIPAS is nothing short of AMAZING. It barely has a "banana" at all and is about 95% all REAL CUSION! It has springs underneath, its name on the back, and I might have a very small backside at 6'3" 175lbs but it covered my ENTIRE rear and I could sit on this seat for hours. Don't believe me? BUY ONE! Im not kidding!
So I have a VERY close friend of 35 years. All he knows are bikes. He owns bike stores, hes worked at bike stores and given advice to large companies. So I told him to do me a favor and let me know if "AIPAS was a good company/bike." He went further and said "give me a week and ill do investigating and call my buddies."
A week past and I asked him. He took til about 11pm to text me back and said "My investigation is done. The company is 100% legit and has very good customer service. You have my blessing bro."
So I went nuts and bought pretty much everything I could for an AIPAS bike and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!
And I've already had my first experience with customer service lol! They had something that said "If you can buy this bike any cheaper than what you bought it for by 2026 we will send you the money." Well, there was a $30 dollars off coupon (of course) right after I got my bike!
So I called customer service and told them. No joke I had $30 "Pending" in my bank account within 10 minutes of being on the phone with them lol! I mean, if that's not the best customer service than I dont know what is! And I didnt even have to be on hold or literally anything. I can just tell they have everything together and run a tight ship.
My buddy who know everything about bikes told me to make SURE that there are "Bafang" mid-motors on the bike because there are so many Asian companies that use proprietary tools where ONLY they could fix something if your bike went wrong. In other words, if your bike decided to not work- you cannot fix it and its done forever. And no customer service.
Im so pumped about AIPAS that I've decided to do a video on them this weekend. So get ready for my official VIDEO review as well. I only do reviews on companies that deserve my time and attention- AIPAS bikes deserve 100% my attention and time.
The bike is solid, easy to work on (if you ever need to), have the best customer service I've come across, and I cannot WAIT to purchase more of their bikes. Thanks AIPAS!!
Hydraulic brakes a must (safety)
Shipping to home took a while. Standard hydraulic brakes came out week after delivery. Trying to stop at a good speed is not best as is. Better brakes on a huffy.
Amazing price and speed of delivery
Amazing price and speed of delivery.
This is my second aipas F3 bike and they are completely awesome.
My son also got one and he loves it, after looking into many ebikes this one stands out! I would definitely suggest for anyone to at least look into aipas, excellent customer service too.
M1 Pro
Absolutely love my M1 Pro. Very comfortable and speed is great. Purchasing was fast and easy. Definitely recommend this bike to everyone.
I would 100 but then again.
I’ve really enjoyed my Aipas bicycle so far. For the price, the value is excellent — it’s hard to find this level of build quality and features without spending a lot more. The bike feels sturdy, rides smoothly, and overall has been a great addition to my daily routine. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that there were a couple of small adjustments needed out of the box, but nothing major. Still, for the cost and overall quality, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it!
Fun, Comfortable, and Highly Recommended
I was slow to buy an e-bike as I thought it would lead to slothfulness. My Aipas C2 Xpress e-bike has definitely proven those ideas wrong. My C2 Xpress is fun to ride, fast, comfortable, and keeps our car in the garage more often than I expected. Errands around town, rides on the beach boardwalk, and particularly favorite restaurant lunch rides are frequent adventures on my Aipas e-bike. I think it is the best and highly recommend it.
Product was packaged perfectly
Great customer service
I got an Aipasbike back in September and rode it for about 250 miles while keeping it stored indoors and experienced a crack in the frame where the rear suspension is rendering the bike unusable. After I notified Aipas customer service proof with pictures they offered me a replacement bike. I admit that I was unhappy with the fact that the bike broke after only 20-30 days, but I will say that Aipas did come through with the replacement. I have rode the new bike for approximately 80 miles so far am optimistic.
