Anycubic is an amazing 3D printer…
Anycubic is an amazing 3D printer brand. I highly recommend over any others. Had an issue with my hotbed. An assembly must’ve dropped a loose washer in it and it caused it to blow a fuse when it got stuck between two connectors. I reached out to Anycubic and got a response within a day. And I’ve had many back and forth emails and very very responsive. I already had replaced both the fuse and hotbed but it still wouldn’t heat up. I then thought maybe it’s the circuit board it’s hooked into. I told them that showed them the melted connectors on the hotbed and they sent out a new circuit board. IT FIXED MY PRINTER. This whole process was pretty easy to install the new items. They would’ve gave me a new fuse and hotbed of I don’t already get those myself ! Awesome customer support. Remember to just check your junk emailssss. Thank you Anycubic

After a failure of my ACE pro, the power supply has burned through, I contacted the support and was helped very well and quickly.
Now everything is going well again and to my complete satisfaction.

GREAT WORK Customer service
GREAT WORK Customer service. Error "The vibration compensation process abnormal. Please check the X-axis accelerometer gyroscope module and wiring"..... It took 2 months to get the problem resolved and customer support was determined to fix the issue. Thank you. BTW... the motherboard fixed the issue even though the sensor is in the Print Head.

Every issue I have had with my Kobra 3 and my Kobra S1 Anycubic support has responded quickly, often within hours of when I submit a ticket.
Anycubics super power is their support team !!!!
So I purchased a 3d printer through Anycubic (kobra s1 combo) That was having Issues with clogging and hot end issues! I went to the support for assistance all they required was picture proof of issue. I had sent those pics via e-mail and with out hesitation offered a few videos on how I can possibly fix the issue as I tried and was unsuccessful. With out hesitation they offered parts to replace(under warranty).Also offered a spool a filament to help easy the pain of the extra work I had to put into the printer, that I’m grateful for something is better then nothing. So now I will patiently weight for parts to come in(coming from china to the US). Cant speed that up even if I wanted to that simply takes time. Long story a little shorter there was a problem and they offered help and parts as soon as they could with proof not much more can be asked out of a company stationed so far away! Will spend my money with this company again simply because they are top notch in my opinion! Thank you Anycubic I look forward to doing more business with you and suggesting your products. Also side note their support staff was nothing but professional and that’s appreciated!
