Absolutely would recommend Reeblo to anyone who would like a refurbished phone. Great prices and heaps of option with great customer service.

I’m rating my experience, not the product. If it were the product it would be 5*.

The experience is another story. The delivery times are so unpredictable. The shopping app used for tracking gives no indication or estimate when items are shipped or when they’ll arrive until you get a notification from the carrier the night before. 

I have an issue with a wave 2 where the noise doesn’t seem normal to me and I’ve been engaged with support for a number of weeks. Asking me to upload to google drive videos of the product.  It’s not straight forward to return faulty items without a challenge with support teams.

I want to reiterate that the products themselves are very good. Well built. Interoperate nicely.  

I damaged my camera and had to rerun it. It was fixed like new very quickly. This level of service is rare, even for consumer products.

Thank you for this excellent service and technical support. I was in contact with support until the issue was resolved. I also want to thank the support representative, Kiki; her performance in providing me was outstanding.
