This was a very smooth experience. I had some questions about the product and they were answered quickly. The team was very friendly and helpful. It arrived in no time and was a fluid process with the shipping company. I love the product. It went together easily, is sturdy and comfortable.

Excellent communications, keeping me posted of shipment, tracking, and specific instructions for what to do upon receipt of the item. Furniture arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Good assembly instructions. Well designed and attractive product. Very pleased.

I chose to purchase from this company because they promised me a discount that included two "luxury pillows at a $49.99" value. The pillows did not ship with the bed delivery and when I was finally able to track them down they were the cheapest possible pillows from Walmart at a value of about $6.50 for both. When I asked about the discrepancy I was told the value was inclusive of things like handling/shipping/etc. Feels like you pay more and get less than promised with this company.

We ordered a basic cabinet Murphy bed with the mattress. The item arrived quickly, professionally packed and delivered. The cabinet bed is very well made and was easy to assemble. Our guests tells us the mattress is very comfortable.

The instructions were easy to follow, but the youtube links to build the bed weren’t much help. Parts were all in good shape, and I have no complaints about the quality of the wood. The $200 tri-fold mattress add-on is also comfortable, although there are probably better options elsewhere. I just got it because of convenience.

I purchased the Night and Day Cube cabinet. After researching many options online, this seemed to be a sturdy option at that price point and it is! Instructions were easy to follow and took about 1.5 hrs by myself to assemble. I had a few questions before and after delivery, and both times, customer service was responsive and helpful.

We’re really happy with this bed! The quality is excellent! The wood feels very sturdy and well made. The mattress is way more comfortable than we expected, and the queen size is perfect for a couple to sleep comfortably without feeling tight. It fits great in our guest room, and when the Murphy bed is closed, it saves a lot of space, keeping our office area open and uncluttered. Definitely a great purchase!

Like many people, we are skeptical when buying expensive things on line and, to be sure, high-quality cabinet beds are not cheap. But the experience purchasing from Archic Furniture could not have been better.

The cabinet bed was shipped within days and was everything we expected when it arrived. We needed to get help to move it to our basement guest room but, once there, it was easy even for mechanically-challenged people like us to put together because the instructions and accompanying videos were perfect.

It's a beautiful piece of furniture - we got the Night and Day Furniture Sagebrush Queen - and, most importantly, the memory foam mattress is very comfortable.

We don't know when our next furniture purchase will be but, when that time arrives, we will definitely go to Archic furniture again.

I got all my questions answered easily in talking with Stella at Archic furniture. The delivery came quickly and easily. All merchandise was in good condition. We have assembled the cabinet bed and it is perfect. Fits the space and looks good when it's folded up.

The agent was helpful with answering questions as well as estimating the delivery date and working with the carrier to ensure it made it to me when I needed it. The product is sturdy and assembly wasn’t too difficult

They delivered very quickly and my grill was exactly what was pictured. They immediately responded as well when I emailed them I had the wrong address and updated accordingly. Natalie was great to work with.

The bed arrived on time with no damage. It was easy to set up. My husband did it by himself. The mattress was a little too firm for me, so I added a topper. This company has amazing communication and is obviously customer oriented!
