Fantastic first class service.  Wool arrived very quickly, nice personal touch with the little raspberry sweetie too. The wool i ordered was the exact same colour as advertised,  I've bought twice from this company as their prices are realistic.  You won't be disappointed.

Alivemoment made my picture of my mom and dad when they were together before I was born come alive like magic. And "AI" did such a good job!! It looks like someone took a video of them that night back in the early 80's  crazy!!

Robotime is a great company with quality products. Never a question when buying from them.

I cannot recommend them. I ordered two paint-by-number canvases with my own image and paid extra for 48 colors and additional painting time. One canvas came with only 40 colors and the other with 44, and the total painting time was under 12 hours even though the extra colors were supposed to add 12 more! Customer service avoids responding and does not reply to emails. They responded to my first Trustpilot review saying they were very sorry and had already emailed me to resolve the matter. In reality, no message has ever been sent; this is just their way of making the situation look well handled in public, even though it isn’t. The way this company operates is not something I could recommend to anyone, nor their customer service, which tries to improve its image publicly by being deceptive. I have been waiting for them to get back to my messages since November 26, 2025.
