Vendors Great/NO Customer Service
I've had GREAT experiences with 98% of the vendors! Unfortunately, when I've
had technical problems or questions about the site, i.e., sometimes selected items dont show up in my "following" list etc, there is NO customer service at all! I've called, emailed multiple times with NO response at all. Merchandise is generally good, although it can sometimes be hard to represent items in pictures.

Auction ninja makes finding all the important points easy. Pick up location and times, payment information, including the buyers premium, and the notifications for items closing make for a very good experience.

Almost impossible to reach support
Almost impossible to reach support. They allow the auction houses to charge a ridiculous amount for shipping or hide info on shipping deep in their policies. When you then try to cancel an order they do not let you and then block you on placing any new bids. Impossible to reach auction ninja and when you complain about an auction they do nothing to help you.

In general the process works very well
In general the process works very well, I’ve been bidding on coins for several years. My only issue is that Auction Ninja allows vendors to tailor the methods to pay shipping fees. I have to use Zelle, Venmo or PayPal at times . Also some vendors add other steps to the verification process. I try to avoid those vendors
