BEWARE FAULTY GOODS BEEN SOLD. Purchased a sentimental bracelet for a lost love one, Bracelet lost the image in space of few months. Contacted Bentior, told me they wouldn’t help or correct the faulty item as out of the 100days return policy. Disgusting service and products are shocking. I will never buy from these again.
Upon telling bentior I HAVE A VERY TRAUMATISED MOTHER INLAW AFTER LOSING HER YOUNG NIECE, bentior wished me a wonderful day, no people skills at all to be dealing with sentimental jewellery.

Avoid this company at all costs.
I made an order well before Xmas, it is now May and I still have no order and no refund. I keep asking them to just refund me and all they keep saying is the shipment is in transit or the shipment was returned, which is utter nonsense.
Money down the drain. I truly believe they never intended to send my order but just to keep my money. Scammers!

What I got delivered is ok. I cannot say it is bad quality or anything like this. But unfortunately it differs a lot from the profile on the website. So I cannot rank it highly.

Really poor customer service. Why mention of the website you respond within 24 hours , I had to wait three days?

Still haven’t received my parcel. Not sure if they’ll give me my money back. Ridiculous

Poor expierence, took forever, was not delivered and send back automatically back to company. Customer service was not helpful and advised to contact DHL.

Overall experience was poor. Product took forever to arrive and customer service just say it’s in the way. Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered well in time for Valentine’s Day but came 9 days after. Avoid at all cost if you want to wait forever. I paid for fast delivery…. Did knows what slow delivery is!

Ordered 3 bracelets for Christmas presents (2 weeks before). I contacted the customer services team who kept advising it was in transit and even gave me a link for Royal Mail tracked 48. I didn’t receive my order till a week after Christmas. When it arrived one bracelet was a duplicate, I am still waiting for my bracelet and having the same issues with delivery, with a promise of it’s on its way. If you want your product on time do not order from this company. They respond quickly and talk the talk but with no follow up. I have a friend with no Christmas gift and it’s February!

If I could give zero I truly would.
I ordered for Christmas and as of 28th of January I still don’t have my gifts for my family.
After losing our mum I brought my sibling a gift to feel close to her. They wouldn’t know what this feels like as they never fulfilled the order or showed any respect. I’ve had to chase Royal Mail who apparently lost the first order. I wasn’t offered a refund just reissued a month later.
Absolutely disgusting. Highly avoid. Don’t get sucked into the sentimental side like I did. Many other company’s who will fulfil and show you respect and decency.

I found this company really helpful when I needed to track my purchase.
It arrived on time in a beautiful box and was just as I expected it to be.
My friend loved it and I thought it was a really sweet gift.
I would buy from here again.

When I saw their necklace ad on Instagram, I thought it would be the perfect gift for my wife. I added a picture of us when me first met, and she loved it. It’s so special to her, and the quality is beyond what I expected.

My wife has been wearing bracelet nonstop since her birthday. It has a picture of our 2 kids, and she can't stop showing it off. It's a great way to keep them close at all times.The pendant is wellcrafted and high quality

Shocking company, been trying to get my money back since the start of November and the only response I get is that my order is out for delivery. Don’t waste your money with this company.

This is a terrible company
Ordered some gift items since start of December.
I was never informed it was dispatched nor provided with a tracking number.
I have been chasing this company for my order for weeks and suddenly today I was informed that it has been delivered.
Their only support is for me to contact “royal mail”

If you love your money and peace of mind
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

This will teach me for not reading reviews of new companies before purchasing!

They claim my order has been delivered, which it has not, and the extent of support from “customer services” was to contact Royal Mail. They then had the nerve to send me a request to leave a review!

Avoid at all costs!

Brought a circle braclet where picture is inside the circle. One it arrived later then it originally said. Said it would arrive by christmas considering I ordered it 2 weeks before christmas but it turned up on thr 27th Dec. Also I've been emailing someone from the company about the poor quality of the item. My image is crystal clear as its a professional one taken by a photographer at our wedding but in the circle it is half blurry. Also the circle is soooo tiny it's hard to see the image. You really have to squint at it to see through. I have been arguing in the emails to and fro about getting a refund as my husband can not enjoy his christmas gift as the quality is poor but because they don't class it as damaged they won't refund me for a item that is poorly made and not my fault.
Bad! It's a shame because it could be a lovely product but it's poorly advertised because it's not as clear as their website makes out. If they had given me a refund for this product considering it's poor quality on their behalf then I wouldn't be writing this review.
Total shame!

Scam of a company.

Checked Christmas delivery page, placed order to arrive with the chain all knotted. Replacement sent within time before Christmas as it was a gift for my husband whos father passed.

Replacement apparently delivered, it was not as someone had stolen from my doorstep! Contacted customer service who are asking me to contact the courier company.

Absolute scam of a company!!

Dont buy!

Absolutely shocking, was looking forward to gifting a necklace to a friend who had recently lost her nan. Just a black square on a cheap looking necklace. No amount of heat was making an image show, no response off Bentior as of yet. What an absolute waste of money.

Item was placed in November for Christmas delivery - item was “lost” twice and a replacement was submitted however I have still not received any order and they are not responding to emails.
