Mixed feelings tbh. The process felt confusing in the beginning and I wasn't sure who talk to when I had a question. Eventually someone reached out and things made sense after that. Got 4 referrals.. not super hot, not cold either. Just average experience overall.

The experience tested my patience a few times. A couple of the leads had me wondering if they were even real prospects. But eventually one solid buyer came through and turned into a deal, so I can't say it didn't work. If your don't mind nudging things along yourself here and there the service does deliver just not as effortlessly as advertised.

The setup was easy, and the dashboard made it simple to monitor leads coming in. I like how clean and organized everything felt.

BEWARE! Derek from Brevo sends out annoying and spam solicitation texts despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact list. No physical address listed either on their website, SUSPICIOUS!

UPDATE: Brevo ATTEMPTED to have my review flagged as “defamatory” to try and silence me since they clearly don’t like this review, but Trust Pilot quickly dismissed that and let this HONEST review stand!

I am a Real Estate Broker in Medford, Oregon.
I Paid for the $649 package signed the agreement and got set up on their CRM. That was 10 weeks ago and haven't received a single lead. Tried emailing support multiple times and have not received a response. When I call the support phone number it just rings and rings and there is no answer, no way to leave a message. I have reported the charge as fraudulent on my company credit card. Do not trust this company.

Signed up on 8/3/25 and have not gotten one referral yet as of 11/7/25. They will not answer email at all. Billie is the guy who signed me up. New Zealander. This is a total scam.

Be careful with this company ! Their address it’s under a residential building. They request a onetime payment of 249.00 . They have no real reviews and their company was just created in March 2025

This is a complete scam! There was never any response from them on my inquiries, nor was there any leads at all. They took the money and ran never to be heard from again. I have tried the support line multiple times and there is never a response. Highly deceptive, DO NOT USE!

I appreciate the clear communication and respectful support from Brevo Referral. Even when I had a minor issue, they resolved it promptly. Good leads and great people behind the scenes!

I must mention that I wasn't happy with receiving only 1 lead in June, and a total of just 26 leads this year. However, they are responsive whenever I have a query. Since they requested my feedback, here's my honest review:Leads: 7/10Marketing Tools: 9/10CRM: 6/10Responsiveness: 8/10
