I had an amazing experience selling my car with the help of Tiffany and Tariq. Both are amazing people.
I called them up and they gave me a decent quote for my car, but the weird thing was how they offered me less and I wanted to cancel them, then bumped the offer to $550. I had to submit documents over via text which was already weird but the offer was good so I forwarded it them, but then these idiot agents will transfer you over and over and over to the next agent until they just disconnect you. I dont know why all the agents I speak to are Indians, but they seem to be from a third party and their service team is horribly disorganized. They can't even verify documents and the wait time to get in touch with one agent that's willing to help is ridiculous. I dont know if they're harvesting information or scammers, but they are REALLY shady. I decided to go with Peddle instead because this company Cash for Cars isn't reliable, I dont think they're trustworthy. They are most likely scammers looking to take your information. Just beware that they are hella shady
Was told to drop off the vehicle on a day they were closed. I managed to follow a delivery driver through the gate because the vehicle would not make the return trip hence selling it for scrap. Took way to long to reach a resolution and the first 2 agents I spoke to offered no help (the original person i worked with was not available)

Great customer service, zachary did a great job helping me get through the process quickly.
Very helpful and quick the only thing it's they pay cheap and doesn't look at the true value of the item!
Everyone we dealt with was so nice and helpful!
Horrible. Non English first language speaking reps from several cultures/countries, multiple repeated documents request, filed, approved, then later disapproved, up to five times. Got another text today claiming the latest demand for document not received… but this time had sent it through USPS CERTIFIED mail, delivered and confirmed by USPS. Would not recommend this service to your worst enemy.
I read this book is very good book I like this book this book made my day
This experience from start to finish was extremely disappointing. I filled out the form requesting email communication, and was immediately sent a phone call. I scheduled an appointment for 9am, and the driver called me at 9:50 saying he'd be there by 10:30, and was upset when I told him that I had a work meeting during that time. I tried calling and was hung up on by the main office when I asked for an update about the driver. Upon arrival, they told me that my car had "the wrong part" and that he would not pay me the amount I agreed to on the phone. Not once was I told about that in my phone call to plan this, and I don't know that I would have gone with this vendor.
Considering I couldn't find anywhere to leave a Google Review or even follow-up with a manager, I doubt anyone will follow-up with me. But I cannot believe how this played out.
The staff is friendly and helpful. It was quick and easy.
I was extremely skeptical when reading all the negative reviews. Some said when the tow truck driver shows up they’ll offer you a low ball offer or checks not cashing, them changing the offer. I didn’t experience any of that. I called, they offered me $1000 more than the other big name competitors. I accepted. In the state of NC i had to get my title notarized, but no big deal, simple step. Sent them a copy, they verified the title was filled out properly and set up pick-up, and told me the tow truck driver was going to call me. Tow truck service called me, set up same day pick up, driver arrived on time. Very friendly, gave him the notarized title and keys, he gave me the check and that’s it. I was still worried about cashing the check. Took it to the bank the next day was deposited into my account on the spot and received the bill of sale three days after pickup via email. So again I was definitely skeptical, but super smooth process. I would definitely use them again, now knowing they are legitimate.
The offer is a scam.
I spent an hour on the phone today.
I accepted the guaranteed offer and when it was time to schedule pickup the offer was taken back.
I was told that they will only pay the name that is printed on the front of the title not to the name of the title reassignment on the back of the title. Their rep told me I would have to register & insure the vehicle in order to get paid.
Vehicle ownership is allowed / indicated on the back of the title per CT law.
Please correct your ads to state that you will only buy registered vehicles.
It is a scam that they will not honor the guaranteed offer that was given. Instead it was canceled because the vehicle is currently not registered. The title and law clearly indicate that I am the owner.
I will be contacting my attorney, CT DMV and CT consumer protection in regards to your false advertainment and breach of contract.
The Tow truck driver was very professional Great Job! I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family 👍🏾
