The item arrived relatively fast (for international shipping) but the box was not protected adequately so it was squished. Otherwise, it was OK.

The book is so cute. The illustrations are wonderful. I can’t wait to read this to my grandbaby. I’m looking forward to the second one I ordered.

I ordered the Adjustable Montessori Tower - Kids Step Stool for my niece. She loved it :)
Product was excellent but also the ordering was really easy and without problems. 
We received the item a few days later than the expected delivery date, but this was not a problem.
I would order it again for sure!

I have ordered dolls fromAshton Drake for several years for our grand daughter has always loved and enjoyed her dolls.

Our dog loves the chew toys, the rope pull toy didn't last more then a few hours. 

Robotime is a great company with quality products. Never a question when buying from them.

Email was sent with tracking information but the shipping status never changed. I sent an email inquiring about shipment that was never answered. Product did show up in a box that was not closed up properly but it was wrapped securely in plastic wrap. Overall not a reassuring experience with  their shipping process or customer service.
