I had the pleasure of being assisted by CJ representative, Jack Conner, who was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the entire process. Despite it being a lengthy experience, Jack’s positive attitude made it both enjoyable and manageable. His guidance helped me find the best plan, turning what could have been a tedious task into a pleasant experience.

Danniel Smith was an excellent customer service rep regarding my electric bill.
He went above and beyond to help me. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Walked me through each set and follow up with additional calls to help fix my issue. He was very kind and cared about my stress level throughout the call.
JUST EXCELLENT OVERALL!!!!!!
