Best service from any company I have ever dealt with in my 51 years. Mighty fast as well

I thought the service was impeccable. The folks responded properly to my email messages. It’s a little more difficult to reach them by phone, but they do recommend reaching out to email. And they will respond immediately! 

What’s again I think the service was impeccable. However I did think the shipping cost for a small package was a little high. The item could’ve been put in an envelope and sent by regular mail costing probably no more than a $1.50, $2.00 max. 



I liked all the options you can do and it was an easy and fast process. I love that this is an option especially for putting a photo together when you lost a loved one if you don’t or didn’t get an opportunity too.

The standard of service with Lifeway was fantastic. The technicians who came to install the equipment were thorough and careful to take care of our home, as well as the functionality of the equipment, given the space we had to work with.

Got what I needed  and got it quickly great job.


Thumbtack has shady business practices but I tolerated it because we did find some jobs through the app.  But as of last week, they’ve changed their prices and I can’t afford this shady app. What use to cost $40-$60 now cost $200-300. So I use to get 10-15 leads a week, now I get 4 or 5. And 40% of the time the lead isn’t an actual lead. So that means I’m only actually approaching 2-3 new clients per week but I spend $1200 a week.  This company now is less of a benefit and more of a criminal organization.
