Thy provide the best service and some of the best rates of any bank.

First time opening an account at First Tech Federal Credit Union and all went very smoothly. I was treated well by the representative and the process took a while, but I had constant communication from rep and all was taken care of with the utmost care. Very pleasant environment and friendly, helpful workers. 

My experience with the desert Financial  I love the customer service. People are nice there and they help you out when you need the help and I really love it.

It was a great experience. John did an exceptional work with ways he explained everything to me.

They let obvious fraudulent charges go through. I recieved a text about a potential fraudulent charge. I replied NO. So I looked into it. The fraudulent charge went through the prevuous day. I called customer service. I was told I would need to call the place that made the fraudulent charge. Ok, so how do I go about doing that? They told me to look on the map. Yeah, ok I am gonna call a location on a map, yeah right. Fraudsters most likely do not give you there location. So, I was handed off to the fraud department. Apparently they are always busy, and they never answer their phone. So the customer service lady said she would leave a message and hung up on me.  I kind of needed the money that was stolen from me, to pay bills and such. Now I am in a situation where I am not going to be eating, driving to work. All because wasach peaks credit union has lame security, and lacks a fraud department. 

Alliant Credit Union USED TO be a great bank. In the past few years, its customer service has gone from excellent to dismal. They have outsourced customer service to AI, and as a result, it is nearly impossible for a customer to resolve issues that come up. Even when you get a live person, they just use AI to lie to you. They have removed helpful features from online banking that allowed customers to have agency in managing their accounts. Also, the minute you open a teen checking account for a minor, they start sending them credit card promotions without the parents' consent.  We chose Alliant back in the day when choosing a credit union instead of a big bank meant the customer got a fair shake. Alliant no longer values its customers. They want your money so they can invest it, but once your money is in their system, they couldn't care less about you. 

I was a Logix Slappy. Loved them. Their website was never great... but manageable. Then they made an "upgrade". Now, 2 months down the road... I still cannot connect with Quicken which is how I do all my business. I have had ridiculous login issues, constantly. Their "fixes" do not work. I AM OVER THEM!! If you are traditional and never use online banking, they are fine. For the rest of us STAY AWAY!!

I recently worked with Marilyn Ramos at OneAZ Credit Union to finance my vehicle purchase, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. Marilyn provided prompt service from start to finish and was extremely responsive to every question I had along the way. She made the entire process smooth, clear, and efficient. We were able to complete everything in just two days! I drove the car home on Day 2!
