Good experience but seemed like a long time delivery

First time ordering from Cushiow. It came on time, no problem at all.

I found the shoes did fit correctly and I was wrong on my first review.

The customer service is great. I was so shocked and amazed at how quickly the responses were. I am very grateful for the level of customer service and care that was given to me as they handled my order. I will definitely be buying from them again. The shipping was a little slower than what I would’ve liked, and when I inquired about it, I was given a clear explanation of the time framesand they showed up in the amount of time that was expected. Which really wasn’t that bad I was just being antsy.I did not pay for expedited shipping lol I amvery happy with their service.

The cushioning is soft without feeling weak, and the solos seem durable for long walks. Clean design, good support, and overall solid quality for the cost.

EVER any worse in my 74 yrs and I make mistakes of my purchases online, so this is saying a lot! I would gladly have come back for more purchases from this company had I been treated better, so this is their loss, a really awful experience; They act all nice but they are not, probably just AI anyway, look elsewhere, hurry away, don’t buy anything from
Them; they offer a discount t on future purchases but I didn’t get that either, not the. 3 pairs of Sox offered either

First, it took 2 weeks to get each of the products, and when the first pair didn’t fit, they refused to take them back

I had ordered the new size already because it was a special gift for my grandson, and we’d already had to wait so long to get them, and
It wasn’t like I didnt give them my good business, but still they refused to return the first pair, even tho I would have paid for the return as well

so, save yourself a lot of trouble and don’t use this company to get your special product

I ordered the Jordan 11 Cap and Gown in a 6.5 men for a Christmas gift. The shoe was packaged with such good care that I didn’t have to open it. You could see the size without breaking the seal on the box. To my surprise it wasn’t the size I ordered. The box showed that the shoe was an 8. I tried to find a phone to reach Customer Support, but they only provided an email address.

I thought to myself “this is going to be a long drawn out process to get this issues resolved” I sent an email explaining the issue. They responded less than 24 hours. They looked up my ordered and explain, that the size 8 was an 8 in women’s, which was equivalent to the 6.5 men. They apologized for the confusion.

You can tell that value their customers by the service they provided. I also bought two other pairs of Jordan with the same ordered, but they were shipped separately, but they all showed up within the same week. I loved the shoes I am a very happy customer. They will have my business moving forward!
