The price made me hesitate but I do trust the science behind it. The transaction was easy. The only thing I did not like was not being able to buy a  single pillow case. The add ons did not go down well. I do not like being held hostage with more proucts till I decide to conclude the transaction. But I do like that you are interested in my experience. Because then you can refine the process. I hope you do. 

I was leary if it would be as easy as the advertising showed but  it was.  My daughter has requested a pair for her room.

I like the rope ladder climbing Santa it works good .  but, on the box and all the ads I seen said it came with a volume control.  I even sent an email asking for them to tell me how to work the volume as there is no knob on it. The reply I got said to keep pushing the button for the sound and it will control the volume,  when it did not work I sent another email asking what was the right way to control the volume.  The reply I got was there is no volume control and its just an on or off.  I live in a complex where I need to turn it down. I put tape over the speaker and its still to loud.  I have some of Mr Christmas tree topers and other display items and they work just as it said they would. I wish this one did. If you can help me with this I will change my star to 5 stars and just want to use it as the box and all the ads say it would do.   Thank you
