DFYNE Stands Behind Their Products

I recently ordered two pairs of Impact leggings from DFYNE and was so excited for them to arrive. Unfortunately, both pairs came with peeling logos on the back. I reached out to customer service, and Debbie assisted me. She was helpful and prompt throughout the whole process. She responded to me 2 days after I submitted the ticket, apologized for the inconvenience, and passed the photos along to their design team. Since the colours of the leggings I ordered were out of stock, she arranged an e-gift card for the full value of both pairs and made sure it was sent to me right away. Her communication was friendly, clear, and genuinely helpful. Despite the issue with my order, Debbie’s excellent support turned the experience around, and I really appreciate how well DFYNE handled everything.

I didn’t receive my order

I placed an order on Saturday, 29th of November, and today is the 8th of December — I still haven’t received anything. The status has been stuck at the same step, “order ready,” the entire time.

On the 4th of December, I received a message saying: “While we aim to deliver orders within 1–3 working days.”
However, nothing has been delivered since then.

This is actually my first and last order with DFYNE.
I am really disappointed.

Amazing brand for quality and customer care

This is hands down my favourite gym appearel brand. Not only is the quality of the items amazing, their customer service is like anything i've ever experienced. I've been in contact with customer care a few times and they always provide assistance that exceeds my expectations. I want to give a special shout out to Ames, thank you so much for your help. With that being said, I am really excited for future releases (coming from a Dfyne addict)

Amazing customer service!

I just want to say that DFYNE’s customer service is absolutely amazing. I was supported throughout my entire request by Dan, who showed outstanding professionalism and kindness. He fully understood my issue, answered all my questions, and found a quick and effective solution.

The logo on my shorts started to slightly come off because I wear them all the time, and DFYNE immediately offered a solution (either a gift card or a replacement). Honestly, this is truly exceptional and something you rarely find with other sports brands.

I am extremely happy with DFYNE’s service and I now have complete confidence in my future purchases. I highly recommend this brand and definitely advise buying genuine DFYNE products, the quality and the customer service are unbeatable!

Thank you again to the whole team, and especially to Dan!
