This is an excellent diet. I learned a lot about healthy eating and lost weight, thanks to Mayo’s excellent program and tools. I did the ‘simple’ menu plan and varied it quite a bit but followed the guidance carefully and it worked! Highly recommend
Excellent program. In 12 weeks, I’ve lost 12 lbs, despite occasional lapses. The recipes are tasty and varied. It takes a bit of time to maneuver the tool, but support is available and the results, well worth the time!

Great Diet App. I am having great success with this app. I love the way you start with a stricter diet for 2 weeks to break some habits. I really enjoy the recipes and I find the habit tracker to be very motivating.

It includes a meal plan, grocery shopping list, recipes, Simple to make entrees, leftovers are included, easy to keep a journal, includes healthy habit building, logging your weight and measurements, other resources are made available, teaches me, and entrees can be exchanged. I can live easily on this diet!

I've been following youtube guides and other influencers on how to lose weight but non of it seems to work, so my friend suggested I try Mayo clinic. After 12 weeks into the program, I have broken my cycle of making poor food choices and have lost 20 lbs. I weigh less now than I have for four years.
