On 02.12.2025, I booked two air tickets through the EaseMyTrip portal — Varanasi to Delhi and Delhi to Bhuj for travel on 14.12.2025. The full payment was deducted from my account for both bookings. However, I have received the ticket only for the Varanasi–Delhi, while the Delhi–Bhuj ticket is still not provided.
Despite repeated follow-ups—multiple emails to EaseMyTrip and continuous calls to +91 11 4303 0303 and +91 11 4313 1313—even after 7 days, there has been no resolution, no update, and no ticket issued.
This level of negligence and lack of customer support is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. With the travel date approaching, such irresponsible handling of a paid booking has caused serious inconvenience and embarrassment.
I expect immediate action and a prompt resolution from EaseMyTrip. This kind of service is highly unprofessional and needs urgent improvement.

SCAM company
SCAM company! They booked two airline tickets one cost $300 on the other cost 500 for the return flight. Ease my trip charged my card over $650 to book these flights for me.
I have since contacted my credit card company to stop payment.
All along during the process, they assured me that they were charging me a small fee to get these tickets. Never did they tell me it was going to be $650.00 for them to book two flights!
These people are smooth, talkers and scammers. Do not fall for their bullshit.

SCAM- Don’t use Easemytrip - Booked and Paid for my flight via Easemytrip - money taken but then they have asked for more money after I had paid. They blamed the airline but this was fully on them, a scam I believe to get more money once you are committed with your initial payment

Very Disappointed with EaseMyTrip
My experience with EaseMyTrip has been extremely disappointing. I booked a ticket from Lusaka to Mumbai for ₹1,51,000, and within just 24 hours the price on their own platform dropped to ₹1,26,400. When I contacted customer care, the agent put my call on hold and never came back even after 20 minutes. Their WhatsApp support also didn’t respond at all.
When I finally received a reply, it was a generic message about “dynamic fares” with no proper explanation or support for such a huge price difference. For a platform of this scale, I expected better transparency, faster support, and responsible handling of customer issues.
This kind of service is not acceptable, and I genuinely hope they improve their customer support and fare handling policies.

Easemytrip is the best platform to book flight ticket. I remember in 2018, when I was struggling at career and for some emergency I had to book my flight ticket to my hometown and I had just Rs4000 in my wallet, easemytrip was only platform which gave me cheapest tickets (Rs. 3800) and it helped me to reach my hometown to meet my family. Onward flight was cancelled by INDIGO and we could not effort to reschedule the tickets on other flights looking at the exorbitant prices from other airlines. Requested for cancelletion of return flight dated 8th of Dec (today). No response from Indigo nor you.
