I thought it would be a problem to find my order that has not arrived. The Tech found it immediately and tracked when it would be shipped . I could not be happier and will surely order again in the future

Checkout was easy, lots of coupon offers both at opening website, at checkout, and now filling my e-mail. I paid $12+ for expedited shipping. However according to notifications I will have my item at midnight on day 6! I hate to think what regular shipping would have been. Not sure I will return even with all the coupons.

I ordered jars of Savannah Bee honey and paid for expedited shipping ($12.95) which was supposed to be 3-4 days. The honey jars were gifts. I did not receive them until today (12/6) and they were ordered on 11/30. Upon opening the box, the 12 oz. Jar was smashed and honey leaking all over. I called customer service and was told to email a picture which I promptly did as asked. Apparently now they are out of the honey and I am out of a gift I purchased. They have yet to respond to my call and email. No credit. No refund for expedited shipping that wasn’t expedited.

I ordered a Cortex International flat iron, but they sent me a completely different product — a cheaper Bellezza model that does NOT match the listing, brand, photos, or description. This is misleading and unacceptable.
On top of that, the shipping took several weeks, and after waiting so long, I ended up receiving the wrong item anyway.
Very disappointed. I do NOT recommend this seller.
