I paid €40 euros for a medium size…
I paid €40 euros for a medium size bouquet of flowers, and when it arrives the flowers were not exactly the same in the picture. The roses were dying and wasn’t fresh at all, some of the flower buds were dead already, it wasn’t fresh, and they were falling off. I was so embarrassed to give it to a friend for her birthday as it doesn’t look presentable at all. The flowers size wasn’t MEDIUM size at all! Only a few as if it was only picked at the back garden and wrapped it, done! The birthday card was like an A4 paper only cut into a small square. Utterly ridiculous! Don’t waste your money on this shop. At least the flowers in the supermarket are more nicer than this website eflorist.
1 star review
I’ve used Eflorist for years, but after my recent experience I will never use them again.
I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a friend, but the parcel was reported as “refused by the recipient.” My friend was not at home, so she definitely didn’t refuse anything. To make matters worse, the courier also marked the parcel as damaged, meaning the flowers weren’t delivered and were in an unusable condition.
When I contacted Eflorist, their customer service was shocking. They repeatedly insisted the item was refused by the recipient — even after I explained this was impossible — and refused to provide a refund or replacement. Every reply came from a different person, all giving the same dismissive response and taking no responsibility at all.
Instead of helping, they told me to “contact the courier myself,” even though my contract was with Eflorist, not the courier. This goes against basic consumer rights and left me with no product and no refund.
I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from a company I previously trusted.
Extremely disappointed, and I won’t be using Eflorist again.
STAY WELL CLEAR!
i will not use this company again

What a con - extremely disappointed!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Eflorist. The confirmation email stated that a local florist would deliver the flowers, but instead they were sent via Evri. Had I known this, I would not have placed the order.
The flowers were meant to arrive for a birthday yesterday (Thursday), yet no delivery attempt was made either yesterday or today (Friday). The tracking now says "next working day," which means the flowers will arrive late and likely in poor condition (on Monday). This is unacceptable.
States on their site they accept cancellations…
States on their site they accept cancellations. THEY DO NOT!!! Attempted a cancellation within minutes of the order, only to be told it wasn't within their time frame.
1 star is lenient they would not cancel my order
1 star is lenient they would not cancel my order and would not get a refund I asked to change the name as I put the wrong name that was to much work apparently could not do that don’t shop at this place awful
The worst experience
The worst. Avoid at all costs. I paid the best part of £40 for a large bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday. What arrived looked like it was picked up for a fiver at a petrol station just before closing time. When I complained to customer service I got told it's because they haven't bloomed yet. It would be funny if it wasn't so tragic. I won't be using them ever again.
Really upset - awful delivery
Really upset, my dad ordered me flowers for my birthday which I never got for my birthday. Instead they were left by the lift on the common ground floor and no one buzzed the buzzer to inform me there was even a delivery. Never got flowers on my birthday as a result. Awful for an expensive time sensitive gift.
AVOID THIS PLACE TRUST THE REVIEWS!!!!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID COMPLETE AND UTTER RIP OFF LOOK LIKE SHOP BROUGHT FLOWERS CAME HALF DEAD I HAD ALSO PAID £9 FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY HAD ARRIVED IN THE EVENING THE FLOWERS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ALL NICELY WRAPPED IN A BOUQET DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY‼️‼️
Don’t waist your money with this…
Don’t waist your money with this company. The quality is the same as any other flowers you can find in any supermarket, the price 4times more expensive. Never again. The fotos have nothing to do with what you are actually getting
50th wedding anniversary Disaster
having used eflorist before, ordered 50 red roses for our 50th wedding anniversary, disaster! what arrived in a broken box was 100 red roses mainly dead, most with broken heads, and missing message card. they did say sorry, although the moment and gesture lost. wont use again.
Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. So disappointed. My friends dad passed away, wanted to send flowers. Ordered a big bunch of flowers for next day delivery. Two days later and bashed box was delivered containing a handful of tatty flowers not the big bunch of beautiful flowers ordered. Mortified and annoyed. Look so cheap but were certainly not cheap.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Flower pictures shown on website are far nicer and much better variation of flowers than you actually receive. My flowers were mainly chrysanthemums!! Paying £42 ( which included a little bear) I feel the flowers are not value for money. I have complained but they are not interested. Will never use this company again.
Bought rose garden for my sisters…
Bought rose garden for my sisters birthday
The flowers that arrived were absolutely beautiful
Very happy with the purchase
I ordered on the Tuesday for a Thursday delivery
Slight hiccup was I received an email on the day they were supposed to be delivered saying they may not get delivered that day so called the company to let them know my sister was going away on holiday that same night and to say that if they weren’t delivered that day to cancel them and was told it was my own fault as had only paid 6.99 instead of 7.99 for delivery
Turned out our telephone argument wasn’t necessary as the flowers turned up on time so my advice would be to pay the extra £1 and hopefully save yourself calling their office
Customer support wasn’t the best but the flowers were stunning
DONT USE THIS COMPANY GO TO YOUR LOCAL…
DONT USE THIS COMPANY GO TO YOUR LOCAL STORE AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY . Flowers arrived with broken stems drooping over and looked nothing like the picture. Couldn’t believe how few flowers were in the box I felt embarrassed giving them to my wife eflorist should be ashamed of themselves.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
All I can say is don’t use this company ! Wish I had read reviews before I ordered! Flowers were half dead and nothing like what I ordered😡 I could have got better from garage forecourt. The flowers were for a friend for the bereavement of her husband( the card they put in said “there’s always a reason”(wish I could add pics so you can see how bad they were !
No joy off company when contacted😡😡😡
Just do not use them
Just do not use them. Trust the reviews and spend your money elsewhere. Their claim of 96% of their deliveries arriving on time is utter fabrication. They will never deliver on time and never accept responsibility for dead flowers arriving days later. They should be left to go out of business naturally as all terrible businesses always do.
Awful
Awful. Wish I had read other reviews first Would rate as bad as a scam
