Several days after ordering and it still showing processing, even after my card being charged, I had to sit on the phone with customer service just to find out they didn't even hwve the tv in stock that I ordered.
Bought a PS5 and Kicker Sub
I ordered some electronics and they came quickly! Both items are exactly what I expected and work very well. I would order from this company again.
Overall Very Good.

the product was purchased online. There were 2 of the items in our area. One was open box which we were fine with especially at $700 less than the new item. However as it was the weekend before Thanksgiving I needed the one in my immediate area. When I went to pick it up- it was not new- it was the display model. I pointed out discrepancy and we had not problem purchasing open box or display but would expect it to be at a reduced price. They said it was purchased on line and this is what they had. I decided to proceed with purchase as we were days from a holiday. We were able to leave with the display and now have it in our home but it makes a loud metallic sound when closing that our prior (identical) unit did not make. I cannot help but assume this either because of the use in display or the lack of appropriate packaging for transport. it was wrapped in plastic wrap not box or styrofoam to cushion during transport.

I made a Black Friday purchase and picked the purchase up in the local store on the following Monday. Everything was straight forward and easy to do. They even loaded my purchase in my vehicle.

I purchased a washer online to replace the old one that had just conked out. My order arrived on the day and time as I requested. I was given updates before and during and after delivery. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. No problems at all. Will definitely do business with Electronic Express again.

online order error
Placed online order making simple mistake of entering wrong zip code that could not be corrected with customer service. Though my mistake a secure trusted process to correct a minor error in today’s digital world. This required return and reorder versus a correction.
Lied about the item I bought
Drove 85 miles to a store where I bought a polk soundbar open box online. Even called the store at River gate in Nashville on the 3rd of Dec and they told me they had it ready. I went to pick it up on a Saturday the 6th of Dec. They said sorry we made a mistake we don't have it. The manger said nothing he could do about it. Had to pay someone to watch my autistic son so I could drive almost 1.5 hours to pick it up. I left with nothing. It was a 600 dollar Polk soundbar on sale for 149.00. I was told it was a display item which I knew when I went to pick it up. I left with absolutely nothing. Very poor way to run a business. Do no list items you do not have in stock as advertised. Waiting for Monday for a district Manager to make a decision because the store manager could not reach him. Unacceptable!!!!
