Everything is exactly what was promised, great service


I purchased a phone case from CASETiFY that later developed a quality issue.

After contacting customer support, a resolution was confirmed in writing that I would receive a replacement case and a US$10 voucher that could be used together. Based on this written confirmation, I agreed to proceed and waited.

After several months, the company later changed their position and said they could only offer a replacement or a store credit, which was different from what had been previously confirmed in writing.

The product issue itself was disappointing, but the long delay and inconsistency in how the resolution was handled were the main concerns. I am still seeking a fair outcome based on the original written agreement.
