Set up online account

Set up online account, clicked on chat as needed help. Help sorted it. Next day logged on and registered account. All previous bills available to see. Easy to change bank account details and set up dd. Straight forward. Really easy.

Corruption at its finest

They have sent me another notice that they are going to cut off my electricity, yet they have been billing me for my neighbour’s bills for the last four years. I have made hundreds of complaints. I even hired OCU to help me but they took my money every month for a year and did nothing. I’m at my wits end. Endesa/Energia XXI have drained my bank account of more than 5000E in less than two years, refuse to acknowledge there is a problem, and are now threatening to cut off my electricity. I can clearly see why they have been accused of fraud and been fined over 5 million euros. How are these people still in business???

Tried to cancel by email and telephone…

Tried to cancel by email and telephone but does not work since no english support.

Got referred to the customer portal but impossible to reset password since no reset email is getting sent out.

They are still sending innvocies for their service.

Stay away at all cost

These people are ruining me

I have been waiting for a resolution for almost three years now. Not one bill is correct - they send me bills for my neighbour’s meter and refuse to change it — and they have drained my bank account. Now that I have blocked them from my account they blow up my email account saying I owe them money when in actual fact they owe ME money. I have tried to get help from OCU but they can’t seem to do anything even though I’ve been paying them for two years monthly. I have made so many complaints that they have now banned me from making any more. I’m at a total loss.

Same cowboys (Endesa) , different horse.

Mismos vaqueros (Endesa), diferentes caballos.

Been waiting for a refund for two years.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. My father passed away and I have since been trying constantly to contact them to pay the oustanding bills. I call and get passed about as soon as I ask for an English speaking person. Then they just put the phone down. This hasn't happened once it's happened multiple times resulting in a phone bill of over £50 trying to get through. I have sent over 10 emails to customer service no response. Shocking when all I'm trying to do is pay the bills. Disgusting at a time of stress anyway you have to deal with the prospect of having to fly over to actually try and see someone who can help and even then I've tried to book an appointment and no luck. Avoid if English and probably any other nationality as well.

Constantly steal high amounts of money…

Constantly steal high amounts of money from our account. Apartment shut down for 2 years due to Covid, yet they've been stealing up to EUR400 per month from us. Fighting with them now to get money back. Seriously, DO NOT use them, they are thieves.
