First-time buyer here. I wasn’t sure if I picked the right bike model, but their support team explained everything clearly and made the process easy. That kind of service is rare these days. really appreciated it.

Didn’t know much about portable batteries but needed one for hurricane season. Found the layout on this site super easy to follow and the reviews helped too. Picked one and it arrived 6 days later. Charging it now and so far so good.

Honestly didn’t expect much but this site came through. Found the Aardwolf Lifter 50 Automatic with Rollers which was hard to find elsewhere and they had it ready to ship. It’s already in use at our shop moving slabs smoothly. Solid purchase.

The wine cooler looks fantastic and works exactly as described. Delivery was quick and the packaging was solid arrived without a scratch. Really happy with both the product and the service.

Bought this for emergency use only, haven’t needed it yet but I tested it and it powered up my modem, router, and a few lights just fine. Peace of mind is worth it.

Wasn’t totally sure about the site at first but decided to go for it. I had been looking for the EcoFlow Delta Pro and they had a decent price with free shipping. It took about 7 days to arrive, which I’d say is fair. Everything was sealed and looked new. So far, no issues.

I ordered a speedball clay boss pottery wheel. They took my money and I knew I had to wait for free shipping.
I had a few emails back and forth with them confirming the date it would be shipped. That date passed and I emailed customer support asking for a tracking number. It's been 3 days since I sent that email with no response from anyone.
I think I have been scammed out of $900 plus.
Be careful if it looks to good to be true it probably is.
I don't know if I will be able to get my money back.

THEY TOOK MY SONS MONEY 2300 AND THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER. THEY NOT ANSWERING PHONE OR EMAILS!!! I WANT THE MONEY BACK ASAP!!!!

Proceed with caution — my experience aligns closely with many other reviews and Reddit threads raising similar concerns.

The first red flag was the price: the mini split system I ordered was significantly cheaper than nearly every other site or comparable product. That alone raised questions about how they were able to offer it so far below market rate — but I placed the $2,000+ order anyway.

After purchasing, I received no outreach to confirm or schedule shipping. I had to follow up multiple times before finally getting a call. During that call, the rep pushed hard for me to pay nearly $200 for expedited shipping, even though their free shipping option (which listed 20–25 days) still worked for me. I declined, and it clearly became a point of friction.

About a week or two later, the same rep contacted me again to say the manufacturer didn’t have the product. Oddly, the same unit was in stock and available for purchase on the manufacturer’s own website. My order was then canceled, and their only “solution” was to push me toward a more expensive system with lower specs.

They also advertise “daily support,” but the phone number they list doesn’t work — another red flag. As I later learned, this company doesn’t actually carry inventory. They appear to be a dropshipper, which likely explains the lack of transparency, shipping delays, and last-minute cancellations.

In the end, the experience felt designed to upsell customers or avoid honoring their free shipping option. I strongly recommend doing thorough research and proceeding with extreme caution if you’re considering ordering from them.

Ripped off my 70 year old father and wasted a month of his time. Ordered an aqua truster, they called to confirm his shipping information. That was it--totally ghosted.

One month later, they will not respond to emails, nor voicemails. They pride themselves on customer service? Hilarious. Live chat doesn't work. Their Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram links on their front page? Fake, dead Jpeg files to deceive you into thinking they are legitimate.

As soon as I place a fraud alert on his CC, I will be filing a full report with the BBB and ​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade an​d Consum​er Protection (DATCP). I will not stand idle and let others be scammed.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Learn from "our" mistake and AVOID this phoney "business."

There were numerous providers for the item required, but ePowerGo had one of the best prices while appearing legit. I was a bit reluctant since I had no prior experience with ePowerGo, but reassured when I received a call from Malcolm confirming the order and my shipping address along with an expected shipping date. Even after safely receiving the item, Malcolm was quick to respond to email requests for additional documentation I required. Pleasantly surprised!

These people totally screwed me! I placed an order that cost almost $900. Through Shop Pay, they immediately took my money. Then a week later called to arrange shipment. Then a week after that, they called to tell me they do not have the product. Now I have to find another vendor, and am two weeks behind schedule. NEVER BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!

It works Great, and good support. I have done so many upgrades, wheels, seat,lights, chain, bars, extended swingarm. Works great for me offload. Good power. I haven't got around around to riding my Harley or my new e-bike since I bought the 72v mototech.
