Professional response to my questions and choices😇
Scrubs are cut, cute, but sizing is not very accurate, also the waist seams in the jogger bottoms don’t have stretchy thread or stitch, which doesn’t make sense- if your hips are bigger than your waist and the waist should be able to fit over the hip, which they do not without breaking threads. Also, the business practices are frustrating at best, unethical at worst, a five day window to cancel. Seems sketchy, they intentionally make it hard to cancel your membership.

As a first time customer for Fabletics, the website and customer service experience was disappointing. I literally never leave reviews (let alone negative ones), but I'm hoping that with this feedback they can make some improvements. Regarding the website, terms for promotions should be easy to find. For example, if a promotion has a quantity limit, it should be very clearly stated on the link for that item. You should be able to click on the promotion listed and clearly see the terms associated with that specific promotion. Instead, all of their promotion terms for all products are hidden in a lengthy paragraph under a tiny print "terms" button on the banner that makes it look like it's actually the terms for the VIP membership and not necessarily for the item itself. The thing that was the most frustrating with the website is that their chat window disappears and closes your chat session if you click on anything in the window. For example, if you're on a product item page while you're chatting with a representative and they ask you about something in your cart, if you then click on your cart to see what they're looking at it will close your chat and you have you start all over. Other websites will pop your chat window back open so you can continue to chat while you navigate the website. This was extremely frustrating and finally after having my customer service window close twice while in the middle of getting support, I finally gave up on it and consulted ChatGPT to answer my questions instead. Finally - the customer service team perhaps needs some more training. The representative I spoke with made me feel like she was in a hurry to close the chat and get rid of me. I would ask her a question and she would respond with an answer that did not solve the problem I was asking. In the 2 minutes it would take me to respond and clarify what I needed assistance with, she would say "if you have any other questions, feel free to chat with us again". I looked through our chat and if my response was not sent within 2 minutes exactly then I received messages that sounded consistent with a chat rep closing out the conversation. The whole experience felt rushed and like she wanted to answer one question and get rid of me rather than make sure the issue I was having was resolved. After this happening multiple times I finally asked if I could be put through to a manager which made me feel like a "Karen" for the first time in my life. It was at that point that she finally seemed to try to answer my questions and assist me. In addition, there seemed to be a lack of professionalism in the communications. Poor punctuation, grammatical errors, incorrect words/words missing from the sentence - felt more like texting back and forth with a teenager rather than messaging a company representative. It was just a very odd customer service experience. I'm really hoping the quality of the items ordered are better than the quality of the online experience... because if I was just going based off of the website and customer service experience, I can confidently say I would never shop there again. Fingers crossed for a good product.

I'd like it if there were more clothing options such as loose-fitting loungewear.

I would add items to my bag and they would be more expensive than advertised during shopping.

I pay almost $70 for a vip membership yet nothing on here is not on sale so using my vip payment would be losing money. Also...my check out says the only thing I am paying for is Sales tax for $5.77 YET my total was $12.72? I cannot find what the other $6.95 is for. It feels scam like and that makes me sad because I have been a member for 6 years.

Super easy to navigate, so many greats sales. I got 5-6 items for $90 and was blessed to check out quickly!
I love Fabletics. I took a break from ordering and just did some Christmas shopping for my son.
