Terribly unprofessional service. I don't know how they're still in business. They're constantly late, they have bad communication skills and their customer service agents never pick up their phones when you call them.

If there was an option for 0 stars. I would give them that rating. Fastway communication channels are horrible, they don’t answer their phones and the chat bot gives vague updates. I found that when you try Track your parcel with Fastway there has been no updates for 3-4 days. I ordered a parcel from Temu and on the tracking update, the parcel was still in the Jhb depot, however it was in the Cape Town Depot. So for 4 days no update which results in you having to call the company. They blame it on a backlog. Their service is not up to scratch. I have now been waiting 13 days for my TEMU order. The last company that delivered a parcel from Temu took less than a week. Temu sent me a message to tell me they requested Fastway to speed up their delivery and advise their customers by updating the tracking schedule. Very disappointing.
Fastway Rubbish !!!!
Fastway is a horrible company. They do not value their clients and show an uncaring attitude. They can easily have a parcel on board a delivery vehicle for a whole day, or not bother to update tracking information. They don't even have a code to verify if a parcel was delivered to the correct recipient. You can not even reschedule your delivery when you see you will not be at the listed address.

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME THAT THEY HANDLE MY PARCEL. Hi it s the 1st time that iam using fast way couriers and I am highly disappointed with the service I got from the company delivery guy .
We have a premises with 3 small houses and the main house.
At this spesifiek day they decided to deliver my goods from Tume evenyone know them right..
So what happen he arrives by my place my brother in law video call me and the delivery guy has my parcel in his hand so to give to my brother in law, but it's torn open OK I kid you not. And he tells us that the people who live next door in the big house had a delivery to and though that this was there parcel and tore it open and gave it back to him just like that... And then said oops this is not there parcel but my name and everything is on the parcel and just gave it back to him like that and then took there parcel and then he came back to give us the torn opened parcel... I am like what the F..... Who does this right so we refuse to except the parcel.
So I go on to the group that we have on WhatsApp and I have a hissy fit and having this huge fight on the group because of what the delivery guy told us, the main house declined that that happened and it's a back and forth fight between everyone and yet only to find out nothing and I still don't have my parcel of R1800 goods and then I have tried to phone this courier company a few times and they close at 17h00 but I do get through to a supervisor with the name wait for it Tears and I run out of airtime and I ask her to please phone me back I am running out of airtime, she says yes sure and I am still waiting for that call.
How in competint are they and irresponsible of them to leave a problem hanging like this and plus they don't come cheap R500 to have your goods delivered, I am not going to leave this here I will go to hello pieter and fb where ever I can , because they have caused I huge issue with each other here we're I stay and plus as I said no to help you as usual... Formal Complaint – Unprofessional Conduct and Delayed Delivery to the tracking records
According to the tracking records, the parcel has been marked as “onboard for delivery” multiple times — on both 3rd November 2025 and 4th November 2025 — yet it has still not been delivered. This repeated delay has caused significant inconvenience.
More concerning, however, was my interaction with the delivery person assigned to this parcel. The individual was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in their communication. They made verbal promises regarding delivery times that were not kept, and their attitude reflected poorly on your company’s reputation for professionalism and customer service.
If this matter remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly on consumer platforms such as Hello Peter, as I believe it is important for other customers to be aware of the level of service being provided.
Delayed Orders Due to Lack of Communication
I am getting fairly annoyed with Fastway. This is not the first time this has happened. I do believe there is a better way to organise deliveries and communicate a window in which the customer can receive a delivery. Just showing up without notice is ridiculous, especially at late hours of the day. Ask your clients when they will be available for courier collection. Notify them when they are on their way. This is not a made-up suggestion; this has been implemented with other courier services, and Fastway, with such a good reputation, can do better.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, and long wait for your delivery. They are the worst service providers. If we had to choose the courier company I would never ever choose fast way, they are ever rude, at some point they delivered my parcel at night. I personally hate this courier company.
