Fantastic response to a resolution of a heating problem with our furnace.
Replasment of the fan unit done on time. we are delighted with the end result.

I ordered a cooker from AF Thomas&Sons Ltd, Chepstow which was unsuitable for my premises due to Gas Safe regulations.The shop manager offered me the same model but electric to exchange. Unfortunately I first had to have new electric supply installed, they held onto the cooker and installed it last week. The cooker was too small for the area and my needs. I contacted the shop and they couldn't have been more helpful. A suitable larger replacement was found and installed today. That's what I call Customer Service!

At the age of 45, after having many dental issues, I was told I needed a full dental clearance.

I was left shocked and confused and was given no information about what the next steps would be. I work in healthcare and needed my teeth.

That was when I was given Samban Chen’s details.

Sam took the time to discuss my options, throughout there was never any judgement about the situation I was in. The information she gave me allowed me to make an informed decision instead of feeling lost and scared.

Taking the initial moulds was not easy, I won't lie, and because of how bad my teeth were it was even harder. Throughout these appointments Sam was supportive, and able to keep me calm, not an easy thing to do with my controlling personality. Sam talked me through the whole process at every step, and even though it was not easy I felt in control throughout.

I opted for immediate dentures post extractions. Certainly not an easy option and there were lots of tears and frustrations. This whole journey has created a lot of tears. Sam throughout remained supportive, non judgemental and informative.

3 Months out. No more tears. Sam has given me my life back.

I never realised before that I had stopped smiling and avoided events as this had happened over many years. 3 months later I am smiling again and feeling confident. This has been life changing in the most positive way.

Sam has given me my life back, and throughout has treated me with kindness and respect. The whole experience has been life changing in a positive way.

Kristina the licensed technician that was sent to my home to address a concern with my losing power to my home to include a refrigerator. Kristina was professional, courteous and was able to resolve the problem by getting to the root cause of the power outage. Mr. Sparky the electrical company has an excellent employee in Kristina. I would go to Mr. Sparky with my electrical issues and ask for Kristina be the person dispatched to resolve my electrical issues.

Excellent service , order on Friday and received on monday recommend this seller, no delay , no waste time, no nonsense, will buy again definately.

Have had several opportunities to use Accu Auto Care of Maugansville for our vehicles. Appts are easily made. Staff always courteous. On our latest visit, 11/14/2025 , the service was on point and finished when promised. Final cost was as estimated. It is gratifying to deal with a shop willing to work with you to resolve your car problems in such a professional manner.
