I only have one disagreement with your policies. You should better explain that the annuity will be funded immediately unless you state funding by check. You should have a link to make a ACH payment.

It was all easy to set up but I was not able to receive communications from Gainbridge on my Android phone so I finally was able to complete the contract on a computer.
