When I originally placed my order I couldn't find anywhere to double check it before I paid. I had a feeling I did something wrong so I called and spoke with a customer service representative who was wonderful! She was able to find my order and make the correction for me! I was grateful there was a real person to speak with and pleased that she was able to help me!
BEST PILLOW YET‼️
The nuzzle pillow just feels really good and I sleep great‼️ Its high quality is evident! I would recommend it to anyone even if they don’t have specific issues they’re dealing with.
Convert from a fan of squishy pillows
A fan of squishy pillows, I was initially apprehensive about Nuzzle's firmness. One night and I became a convert. The pillow held my head, neck and shoulder in alignment. No aches from a scrunched posture while sleeping on my side.
Awesome Pillow
I bought this pillow because I had neck/back surgery and the pillow I had didn’t provide correct support. I’ve tried several expensive pillows that claimed to be supportive only to prove to be another waste of my money. I saw the Nuzzle add and decided to try your product. To my surprise it was amazing! The pillows provide support and were exactly as advertised. I love your product. I bought more to put on our guest beds for our adult children. This pillow is everything it claims and it gives me both comfort and a good night sleep. Thank you!

The Nuzzle Company was very responsive to my concern about my order. A customer service representative, Jeremy, answered my email the following day, recognizing my concern and negotiating a new order with a partial refund. I really appreciated his efforts to make my experience a positive one! I highly recommend this company.
Zero customer service
I was looking at this website thinking about making a purchase when suddenly next thing I knew my order was confirmed and I had two pillows being delivered. I immediately phoned them. No answer just could leave a message. I did this three times today with no luck I sent three emails still have not heard from them. I tried to cancel the order next thing I know I have a tracking number that they’ve already shipped it to me. I’ve already contacted American Express to dispute the charge once they try to submit the charge it’s flagged
They have zero customer service
I would not trust them. I don’t even want to try their pillows based on this experience alone.
2 Perfect Nuzzel Pillows
I bought 2 Nuzzel pillows; one for me and one for my husband. He prefers using both inner Nuzzel pillows, and after just one night, I would have to pry it out of his cold, dead hands to replace it. He called it "The perfect pillow!" I like a softer pillow and removed the lesser-filled of the two inner pillows, making it perfect for me. I have been asleep in less than 10 minutes each night. I particularly enjoy being able to wrap my arms around the pillow and sink into it.

I was very frustrated when I ordered one pillow but was charged for two. Mark handled the situation in a courteous and professional manner so much so that instead of canceling the order, I kept the order for two pillows. Nuzzle is very fortunate to have a customer service representative as wonderful as Mark. He is a rare find in this world of grumpy, impatient humans who don’t want to have to deal with anyone let alone be polite! He deserves a raise and a promotion to customer service director!!!

Original complaint
Customer service representative for nuzzle pillow was very rude! I'm trying to understand the return policy of their pillow and the lady kept interrupting me and not letting me to voice my concern. I asked her a few times to stop talking and listen to me but she kept talking!
My complaint is that there is nothing stated on the nuzzle web site that says I have to pay to return their pillow!
The lady pissed me off with no suggestions on how to resolve my observation.
