Great customer service. Louise was very good at keeping in touch and working with me on a difficult order.
Ordered a ring on 23 November with a promised delivery date of 8–9 December. A few days ago, I received a push notification that the delivery was moved to 12 December, and today I received another update saying 18–19 December.
I contacted customer support to find out where my ring is and whether this new date is final, because the ring has an engraved date for a very important event, and it must arrive before that date. I received a cold, robotic answer saying they cannot confirm anything, that they are very sorry, and that I should rest assured all products are made with care.
I then clearly said that if they cannot confirm an accurate delivery date, I no longer need this order and want to cancel it, because if the ring arrives after the engraved date, it is completely useless to me. Once again, I received the same copied response, completely ignoring what I asked.
After this experience, I honestly do not understand all the positive reviews, unless they are fake, and the most ironic part is that they are still promising new customers delivery before Christmas Eve, which now seems highly unlikely and misleading.
Should received my parcel between 4 to 5 of December.
Received message from Glamira about new estimated delivery, which is today.
And parcel didn't arrived still.
Checked on webside and there is still not created even tracking number as parcel been not collect but courier yet.
Looks like item is not ready even yet.
Big disappointment again.

Order delayed so I had to buy somewhere else. Product is no longer needed but still I'm not able to cancel. I can only return after delivery. This is so unreasonable approach.

We were initially happy with our wedding rings. Thought their lifelong guarantee would be good.
Fast forward 2.5 years and my Wife, who was VERY VERY careful with her ring (took it off before working, cleaning swimming and any other activity that could cause damage to the ring) and she ended up losing 2 of 3 of the embedded stones. Then out of the blue, a WHOLE SEGMENT of the ring BROKE OFF! We sent them the info and pictures of the ring and they refuse to repair, refund or give us a new one. Read up on glamira and found out many people seemed to have similar problems. Lifelong guarantee my ASS.

Wish i never ordered and i haven't even received the item yet, no delivery as it keeps getting postponed, cannot contact anyone, feel like i may be getting scammed already, hoping the quality is better than their service when it does eventually turn up, if it does! I would recommend ordering from a reputable UK based company.
After real nervousness of buying my wedding ring online, I finally bit the bullet and risked it (other reviews and customer photos certainly helped!).
From start to finish the ordering and tracking process was easy and Glamira kept me informed of where things were up to.
The product itself is perfect! Exactly as described. I bought pure love 4mm width, 1.6mm depth 18ctwhite and rose gold with a lab grown diamond. It's beautiful and fits perfectly. I saw a few people saying they needed to resize their rings but I used the measurements I had recently gotten at a jeweller and they were fine.
The engraving is lovely (a touch too close together but hey, it is a narrow ring)
The box it came in was a good weight and the led lightva great touch to show off the ring itself.
All in all, I would recommend buying from Glamira.

I had a very negative experience with Glamira. I ordered a 375 gold Tanazia ring with a diamond and paid with cryptocurrency.
1. The ring arrived defective and 3–4 days late, even though I had paid for express delivery. I sent it back under warranty and requested a refund. Since an important date was approaching, I ordered a second, identical ring (585 gold, smaller size), again paid with cryptocurrency.
2. Glamira accepted the first ring under warranty, but said they could not issue a refund because the payment was made with cryptocurrency. At the same time, they claimed they had not received payment for the second ring, even though I provided clear proof including the transaction ID. Their search took almost a week, so I contacted their payment provider (Plisio) myself. Plisio confirmed the payment and sent the details to Glamira. Even after that, Glamira confirmed the payment only two weeks later. Despite me repeatedly saying I didn’t need the first ring anymore, they still produced and shipped it, while also producing the second ring.
3. I eventually received both rings. The quality this time was fine, but the LED box for the second ring arrived damaged. I contacted Glamira again and asked for a refund for the first ring and a replacement box for the second one. They promised to send the replacement box, but two months have passed and nothing has arrived. Regarding the first ring, they only offered store credit in exchange for returning it — which I don’t need (after such amount of issues with Glamira they lost me as a customer - no more willing to buy something from them).
To sum up: almost everything went wrong. I now have two rings (one is good, but with a damaged LED box) and a 375 ring that I don’t need, plus an offer to return it for a coupon. But what would I need a coupon for, after almost three months of constant issues?
The main problems I experienced with Glamira:
— Quality issues.
— No-return policy for crypto payments (although their website heavily advertises 60-day returns and free size changes, this important rule is hidden in the FAQ).
— Extremely slow technical team: it took them almost 3 weeks to locate my payment for the second order, even after I involved their payment provider.
— Slow decision-making: it took nearly two months to propose a “solution,” which was not acceptable considering everything that had happened.
