Absolutely love the ability to buy spare parts to fix my own scooter. It has significantly extended the life of my scooter and all at an affordable price. I will absolutely continue to buy from Hiboy going forward. Customer service also has been a huge help particularly when I had an issue with a part delivery.
Our son LOVES his Hiboy scooter!
Our son LOVES his Hiboy scooter and has saved us, as his parents, a ton of gas money as he travels to his college classes via scooter. He doesn't have to worry about the scarce parking on campus and can just pull right up to his classes.
Recently we had a part need and Hiboy stepped up to the plate so we are even more impressed with the confidence that Hiboy stands behind their product!
I'm Impressed
I have a Hi-Boy Max and it's badass, but I have an issue with the fact that I've had it about a year or so and I'm about to put the 3rd rear inner tube in it. I don't do tricks on it or treat it like I did my skateboard when I was 12, but I don't baby it either; I run it like I think it's made. Though I'm having to rip the ass end out of it again and change the flat inner tube for the 3rd time, I'm less pissed about it because of how freakin' awesome the cuatomer service was getting those tubes, thanks to customer reps, Krystal and Claire!!
Yes, I bought the 3yr warranty that covered parts cost, cool; but it's the prompt attention to detail and promise that was made to me to get parts out quickly without question, and they did.

Great Support, I been a hiboy fan since the beginning with the hiboy titan , than Titan pro , and now with the new version of the hiboy titan.
This series is an upgrade for safety with the dual hydraulic brake system , double headlights, wrist throttle , louder horn, and flawless suspension with a super wide deck to stand on. It is a little heavier now of course and the gel tires for avoiding flats are nice but nothing beats air tire for really feeling the road.
Highly recommend.

Hello everyone this is Vic again to tell anyone looking for a good scooter from a great company get a Hiboy. I was having an issue with my Ecom 14 and Hiboy took care of the problem in no time. Now I don't know of any other company that takes care of their customers as promptly as Hiboy, I've said it before, Hiboy is a Great company.
Warranty service
Scooter broke after couple of months. They sent parts for me to fix. Ended up having to send the scooter back and they fixed it. Satisfied customer.
Great warranty support
Had multiple issues with both Hiboy scooters that I own, but Hiboy stood by their product and continued to send replacement parts and even replaced a scooter when it became necessary. It did take a while to communicate due to the time difference of the team in China, but they were always very courteous and genuinely interested in resolving the issue. Very happy to have purchased the scooters from a reputable brand that stood by their warranty. Would recommend to others!
hiboy did the unexpected :)
We had been having issues with the handle bar so I went and purchased an extra part. When that didn't work out for me either hiboy stepped in and sent me an entirely new set of parts. This worked and got my son back on his scooter just in time for spring. I was very surprised because I've not had any company take care of their customer like that before. hiboy will definitely be on my list when I go looking for another scooter. Thank you so much!!

I bought 2 scooters Max Pro with the Extend protection for my 2 grandsons last Christmas.One had a accident with his .Unfortunately, nothing major for my grandson but the board was seriously damaged .Working with "Extend" and "Hiboy " support, I received a few parts to try to fix it but unfortunately, it was still not functional after a few attempt.
Mina, from Hiboy support ,was very very helpful to finally get this issue resolved. I ordered a brand new Max Pro scooter and I should receive it before Christmas.My grandson will be very happy to step back on this board.They love it. Best gift I ever bought for them.
