I ordered hockey gear from thehockeydepot.com and the items arrived quickly and matched the description. The customer service was responsive when I checked order status. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d order from them again.

I have been very disappointed with Bauer’s handling of a warranty claim for my son’s skates. I first contacted them back in January with a legitimate issue, and despite providing email evidence, I received no timely response. Later, I was told I had contacted the wrong email, even though those were the details I found online.

Because of the lack of guidance, my son continued using the skates, which led to further wear. Bauer has now refused the warranty claim, citing the condition of the skates, even though the original problem was present from the start.

Overall, the communication and support were poor, and I feel the situation was handled unfairly. Based on this experience, I will be avoiding Bauer products in the future, and I would caution others who expect prompt and reliable customer service

Waited 2 weeks for a jersey I purchased as a gift. I contact pro life they tell me there is trouble with shipping and I should have it in 5 days. Another 2 weeks I contact again and am told it is a problem for head office. 2 days later I get a notice from my bank that I received a refund. Not one email or phone call from customer service. Would never use them again

Avoid. Awful customer service, no
responsibility for issues and weak security features that will leave you open to fraud. Proceed with caution and read the small print in any contract and record all phone conversations. 

I purchased hockey equipment for a long time and spend quite some money with them.
Recently four hockey sticks for USD369.- each.
The first stick snapped during the first use (warmup)
So I did my first warranty claim.
And guess what, I received an automated responce to contact the equipment manufacturer.
I recommend strongly not purchasing from Hockey Monkey. Especially hockey sticks, which break faster than you will be able to replace them on your own expense and trouble

You sold me a fake although I was led to believe I was buying my grandson a genuine Chelsea shirt. The Nike tick on the front is peeling off.  So is the Chelsea badge.
I have since discovered the label inside and washing instructions are all in Chinese.
