The technician was the best part of this experience—professional, patient, and competent. But the repair process was frustrating: parts were back ordered and the final repair cost ended up higher than the original purchase making a replacement would’ve been the smarter outcome. Sears should do a better job setting expectations, confirming parts availability before scheduling, and offering replacement/refund when a repair becomes uneconomical. I’m grateful for the technician, but I wouldn’t repeat the process.

The delivery arrived early, but the app had warned us when they picked up and what their ETA was, so we were ready. Our giant lift chair was capably handled up our stairs and into the desired location with no issue. They set up the chair, efficiently, and were friendly too!
