I grew tired of my Moen.. Replacing cartridges, leaking, always worrying I was going to strip something because most of it was simply plastic with either a thin bent piece of sheet metal over it, or plastic made to look like metal. Either way, it was a lot like many things in our culture; flashy on the outside, totally hollow and empty underneath (Cardi B, I'm looking at you).

The Zline faucet arrived two days ago. I finally had an opportunity to unbox it... Everything... and I mean *Everything* about this faucet screams ""custom"" and ""high-end"". It's packaged like it contains the Shroud of Turin. Once unboxed it became apparent how much care was taken in its design. The spray handle weighs a good 1.5-2.0 pounds, as most of it is either brass or stainless steel. Installation was a breeze. Unscrewed my old Moen from my quartz countertop. Replaced it with the Van Gogh, screwed the lock washer down, connected my hot and cold lines. Bam. Finished.

I will say that the handle leaked initially-- upon closer inspection, I discovered I made an error during instalaltion. I fixed it now, it's dry as a bone.

Just spend the extra money and buy something that was designed to work, not to appease the EPA, or some executive's attempt to cut costs so he can meet 2nd quarter's earnings expectations at the cost of selling something that works the way things should work, but rarely ever do. Go ahead... Buy something that works. Home Outlet Direct was wonderful and easy to purchase from. Buy from them. You won't regret it.

We've been really happy with our Forno oven, especially since we wanted something with no electronics, and that's exactly what this is. A major plus: it works completely without electricity, which is perfect for off-grid living or areas with frequent power outages.

The oven is quite large, and I'm still getting used to baking with it since the temperature control is different from a typical electric oven. We bought an additional thermometer to use inside, which helps a lot. Keep in mind that the thermometer readings may vary depending on their placement inside the oven, so expect some differences.
Overall, this is a fantastic oven, but be prepared to get used to the non-electronic temperature controls, that's my biggest adjustment so far.

My only real downside is the lack of a child lock feature. With little ones around, it makes me a bit nervous not having that extra safety control.

Finally, it arrived beautifully wrapped and securely packaged.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking a reliable, off-grid-friendly oven!

So far it’s been a great experience. I found a gorgeous black with bronze handles fridge and stove for the same price as a stainless set at the local furniture store. I haven’t received it yet tho so we will see what everything is like once I get it

All I expected, looks great in my space. The gas ia a little wonky but getting the hang of it!

The Home outlet experience was very good!! As to the stove we are pleased with only one suggestion. In that the stove can be used with two different fuel types I think for a very minor cost ZLine should include the two small tools needed to switch the jets. It took me going to several stores to find the small wrench and socket needed. Other than that we were very pleased

The 48" Range was delivered very quick and the delivery man was very helpful. It arrived in perfect condition. It's going to be hard to go back to a 30" range ever again. A+ on this purchase after the first week!

been 3 week 14 k and still not got my stuff cuustomer servie sucks !! and been trying for a week to get in toach with them and they wont retruck all and thye hug up one me 2 times and dont care about me getting my stuff !!! dont by form them they suck and still you money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my appliances was sold out nationwide. It took a couple of months to finally get it from the manufacturer. During that time I would call or email for updates on it. Every person I spoke with or emailed was extremely helpful and always had given me timely updates. This goes a very long way with me. I will definitely use HOD for my future purchases.

This is a very nice refrigerator for the price. Definitely better quality than other brands at this price point. I would certainly buy the Thor refrigerator again. I wanted you to know how totally impressed we were with your delivery company. They did a phenomenal job and were just the nicest people we have ever worked with. I was really nervous about having something that large and heavy delivered without my husband home to help. The driver went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Would definitely order from you again as you made sure the delivery company was of equal quality to the purchase made.

Microwave drawer and Hood were received very quickly. Range was backordered for a month but now arrived and installed. HOD made sure to notify us of the delivery and backorder status. Would recommend them over the big box stores
