Utility Supplier Change

The IGS Energy agent came unannounced to our front door and started talking about the change in suppliers for electric and gas. Although literature had been received in mail about all this, it had gone unread. Being unprepared for this encounter, I asked him to give us a half hour to look into the background information on hand. When he returned, he came into the house for about an hour's discussion of all the particulars. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, so it was easy to work with him. In the end, we decided to make the switch to IGS Energy vs. going with the suppliers that the Kettering City government had mandated.
