Inca Travel Experts exceeded every expectation, and our planner Silvia was nothing short of phenomenal. She crafted a flawless two week journey from Lima to Machu Picchu, through the Sacred Valley, and even arranged an unforgettable Amazon River cruise. From start to finish, we never once worried about missing a flight, transportation, or what would happen next as every single stop had someone waiting for us with a guide ready to help us navigate each city seamlessly. There was truly not a single thing we were let down by.

Every journey was so thoughtfully crafted, and the local guides were exceptional (you could genuinely feel their passion at every site and experience). Hats off to Inca and Silvia for the incredible work they put into finding such amazing partners and making this trip so memorable.

The communication was outstanding, the planning meticulous, and the experience completely stress free.

Honestly, they’re so good they need to expand so we can book them again for our next adventure. We cannot recommend Silvia or Inca Travel Experts highly enough as this was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had.

From start to finish, our experience with Inca Expert Travel was seamless and the perfect family vacation. Melissa our travel advisor came up with a perfect itinerary and made sure pickups, guides and hotels were all set. The drivers were top notch and really know their way around the city. Shout out to Jefferson in Cuzco. We had many terrific guides, but Alexandra really stands out, she was informative, helpful and answered our endless questions. She also gave excellent restaurant suggestions while in Cuzco and the Sacred Valley. All our hotels were beautiful, perfectly located, clean and the staff was beyond helpful. We were able to do and see everything on our list and it was amazing. I recommend Inca Expert Travel to anyone planning a trip to Peru.

We cannot thank Inca Expert Travel enough for all their help with our amazing trip to Peru (Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu)! We had an incredible time! On a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 20! Everything worked out perfectly. All of our pick-ups (drivers) and guides were on time and exactly where they told us they would be. It could not have been easier. Our guide for Cusco and the Sacred Valley tours (Hugo) was outstanding! We felt like we became good friends with him over the first 2 days. And the trip up the mountain to visit Machu Picchu was truly a once-in-a-lifetime bucket-list event. It was breathtaking!

Inca Experts and Grecia Fuentes were amazing to work with. We booked a Peru and Chile vacation.

Their tour guides were wonderful, they met us, and dropped us off at the airport for every flight. Tours were well thought out. Nice selection of premium hotels. Pricing was fair, and much less than the US or Canadian based companies.

We utilized their 24 hour support in Peru. Our early morning flight to the Amazon Cruise was technically cancelled by the airline at the last minute (we flew there, but couldn’t land, due to weather and returned to Lima). When we could fly the following day, they had arranged for the cruise line to meet us at the airport, drive us for two hours, and then put us on a skiff for about an hour to meet the cruise ship.

We are using them again for a trip next year.

The itinerary Inca Expert created for us was perfect to get a full experience in Peru. Everything went so smoothly with all transportation and transitions from one location to another. We loved our guides, hotels, and drivers, and our visit to Machu Picchu was even more magical than I could have imagined. From our very first contact with Inca Experts to the return drive to the airport home, every interaction was professional and helpful. I think their greatest asset are their employees. Every driver was on time and every guide went to great lengths to take us where we wanted to go and so informative. The hotels were fabulous. The trip was flawless. Grecia with Inca Expert Travel coordinated a trip of a lifetime for my 50th birthday, including visits to Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Ollantaytambo, Moray, Maras, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu, the Lake Titicaca Express, Puno, Copacabana, Sun Island, Moon Island, and LaPaz Bolivia. While our days were full of activities, the tours never felt rushed and we still had time to relax and enjoy our surroundings. Our transfers were perfectly timed and someone was always waiting for us no matter where or when we arrived. The drivers (especially Nico and Franz) were friendly and we always felt completely safe no matter how much traffic we encountered. The vans were spacious and very comfortable. Each of the hotels we stayed in was unique in its own way and extremely comfortable. We felt very welcomed by all of the staff at each of the locations. The meals that were provided throughout our trip were delicious and full of local flavor with a wide variety of offerings. We never left the table hungry! Our tour guides, including MaryLu, Peter, and Gonzalo, were fantastic. We learned so much about the history and culture of the countries we visited. We especially appreciated how each of the guides were willing to make adjustments to the schedule based on our personal preferences. In addition, Grecia went out of her way to make my birthday extra special with a special sweet treat delivered to our hotel room to celebrate. We highly recommend Inca Expert Travel and all of the amazing people involved in our amazing trip to anyone who is looking for a top notch experience!

When we started planning our trip to Peru, we were not sure which travel agency to use. Eventually we settled on Inca Expert Travel based on the reviews we had read. From the first contact with our personal travel expert, Melissa, to the last farewell at the Lima airport, our experience with Inca Travel Expert met and in many cases exceeded our expectations.
The hotels were all outstanding in both locations and accommodations with friendly and efficient staff attending to all concerns and requests promptly and satisfactorily. The tours booked for us gave us a comprehensive understanding of Peru's fascinating culture and history while allowing us to interact with its people. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, adapting the itineraries to our needs and special requests and making suggestions for our free times. The restaurant suggestions provided helped us to navigate the incredible food scene in Peru.
We enjoyed our trip to Peru tremendously and can certainly recommend the services of Inca Expert Travel. We will be working with them when planning our next trip to South America.

Inca travel was amazing. The logistics, the transport, the tickets, the trains, the guides, etc., etc. etc. were synchronized like a Swiss watch. The guides — Yoel and Marilu — we top notch, thoughtful and insightful. So great. One item at the sign up stage: I would suggest that you make sure you research and ask a lot of questions up front before you commit to one site or another. Inca assumes some knowledge from the customer what they want vs not want. The whole experience was fabulous. Thku Inca!!
