They gave me a good rate and a nice offer to bring in more customers. My old supplier came in later with a slightly better rate and offer so I had to switch back but their rate is cheaer than most

I just recently became a customer of Inspire Clean Energy. So far so good. It was easy to switch over to Inspire.

The transition , changing suppliers was VERY easy. THAT being said, I've not had any problems EVER with the change of suppliers using OHIO- Apples to Apples.

With energy costs being such a large part of daily living I look for every savings I can find and Inspire did it with their rates.

The service is okay, but I’ve had some issues with customer support. They could definitely improve their response times. Overall, not bad, but there’s room for growth.

The transition was extremely easy and the representative was a true pleasure to speak with. I haven’t been switched over yet, but I’m sure it will be perfect.

Inspire had the lowest 6 month fixed rate, no fee for sign up or cancellation. They communicated quickly and I was converted in a matter of days.

After using Inspire Clean Energy for two months, all is well. There were no problems with the transition and the cost is comparable to what we were using.

Honestly our first interaction I believe with this company, time will tell, prices are outrageous though.

Can't give you much info for now on service, or other matters because I just joined a few days ago. I had no problem joining, easy.

First was the follow through regarding the validation of the agreement number for my electric company. Also the pricing, the clarity and ability to secure a fixed rate was very important to me.

We had no problems while using Inspire Clean Energy service. We are only changing due to the cost of energy.
