I love having my meals measured out for me. I love not having to decide what to make everyday, easy and fast just look at your menu each day. Although some weeks I was having eggs too many times a week and day I was getting sick of them lol. I’m a little slow losing weight right now because on the weekends I’ve been eating some things not on my diet because of holiday parties. I have to get back on track NOW.
This diet has worked for me when no other diet ever had. Going to keep being strick until my goal. Then using this as a base for the rest of my life.

I found that the photos of the recipes looked amazing. But half the ingredients in the photos were not in the ingredients list, what was left made dishes so bland and disgusting. Plan and app don't make sense and hard to follow. This is so fraudulent and when requested a refund due to this being so was denied and thinking that paying with PayPal would be safe unfortunately there answer was the payment is fine.

This kind of app is what turns people off buying online. My bank has had to put a hold on my card due to this Keto app. Again, avoid at all costs. Charged a lot of money without consent
I paid upfront for a six month plan but they started charging me 24,99 every month without my consent. Even though my plan has ended they are still charging me. I cancelled my subscription since June after realizing I was still being charged, and I was shocked to see that you continue to withdraw money from my account every month despite the cancellation.
This is unacceptable. It really feels like a scam, especially since your platform is designed in a way that makes it difficult for users to unsubscribe almost as if you intentionally want to keep people from cancelling. I sent several mail for that.

Original post: Writing this as a warning to NEVER download this app. Was quoted monthly fee of NZD17 but first transaction was NZD60. App was absolutely useless so I cancelled my subscription immediately, received an email confirmation from ketogo but they have continued to remove a monthly fee from my credit card for the past 2 months! Bank was unable to do anything about it so I ended up having to cancel my credit card, just to make the recurring payments stop. NEVER download this app - they will keep taking money from you even after you've stopped using their useless app! Whole thing is a con.
