This program is different than anything I’ve ever done.
This program is different than anything I have ever done. I have never been one to make it through more than a couple roadblock weekends and keep going. Like ever. I never had the motivation or tools for it. I turned 37 and realized I don’t know if I will ever get to the level of health I’ve always hoped I would “later in life.” Now I am halfway through the program and I have legitimately never been this encouraged in my adult years.
The fact that I’ve made it through a bachelor party weekend, 2 rehearsal dinners, 2 wedding weekends, a birthday weekend, a week of solo parenting, and an anniversary weekend and I’m 21lbs down and 10% body fat despite the last 2 months is just a testament to how well this program has fit what I’ve needed, so just wanted to say thanks. Best investment I think I’ve ever made.

The program these guys have put together is phenomenal. The program is well thought out and uses the "stand, walk, run" method in building your knowledge base and fitness level. I've been working with them for almost 2 months now and have already seen great improvements in strength and have consistently lost fat throughout the process. I would highly recommend this program
This Program Delivers
Kettlebell Transformation has truly nailed it — not just the physical side of fitness, but the psychological side as well. For many of us middle-aged men, the mental battle is the hardest part. Most of us were in shape at one point, but life caught up with us.
This program provides the perfect balance of small wins early on to build confidence and momentum. The workouts are reasonable yet challenging, with just the right amount of progression to keep you engaged — without the crippling soreness that makes you regret working out.

I am stronger and more mobile than I have been in a long time. I am a 45 year old busy guy, juggling family and for far too long I have focused on making money and progressing in my career. This program helps me run on autopilot. I put it on my calendar, trust the process, my coach and the rest is history. No excuses. When I started this program at I was 319lbs I am half way through the 16 week journey and I hit 301lbs today. I can't wait to see what happens by week 16! LFG!!

A program that WORKS
What makes KT special is that it isn’t just about losing weight or getting stronger. The program focuses on real, sustainable lifestyle change. The coaches are super knowledgeable and supportive, the education is top-notch, and the community you get plugged into is amazing. They make it so easy to keep you motivated and accountable.
This is the first program I’ve found that I can actually fit into real (and busy) life and it sticks.

New user to the program
The organization of the program and baked in accountability has really changed my mindset around fitness and creating time in my schedule I previously didn’t feel I had.
Prior to joining, the mere planning of time away from work/home to work out felt daunting, but the fact that everything is laid out clearly allows KT participants to just focus on the execution. This is the biggest benefit of the program.
The other huge benefit is around habit creation. The structure is focused on building sustainable habits, not quick fixes. Within a few months my mindset around diet and exercise have shifted to something I feel confident is sustainable for years to come, and leaves me enough freedom to avoid guilt and still enjoy may of the things I did previously.

Kettlebell Transformation has given me a new view on life, plain and simple. From the workouts to the nutrition plan. It is laid out beautifully from day One. My expectations were to lose a little weight and gain some of my functional everyday fitness back. What I have received is a whole a new life in front of me. I've lost over 30lbs by doing exactly what my coach Mike, laid out in front of me. I'm blown away at where my fitness is at now, and it's been the easiest transition of my life. Just wake up, do what the checklist is and watch the transformation, nothing less and nothing more. The last 15 weeks with the program has also helped manage and deal with stress more than I could even explain with my intense, long hours of a job. It has created more fun with my job as well as helped my relationships out immensely. My home life is less cluttered and stressed as well, with the gained energy. The "return on investment" with KT has surpassed what I thought would happen. Been really happy I chose KT for my fitness journey. I've seen huge gains in strength and lost weight in the process. The whole team has been excellent and Scott has been a great coach. Very responsive and taught me the movements and I have been able to push heavier bells quicker than I expected. Recommend this for anyone looking to get stronger and lose weight.

KT has been a great experience so far! I’ve tried several other programs/ training methods but the attention to detail and accountability are second to none with KT. The individual coaching and community are keys to success. This program has helped me stack small wins daily, weekly, and monthly that have helped change the trajectory of my health!

Progress not perfection = 30+ pounds lost and getting stronger
I came across Kettlebell Transformation on social media at the perfect time. I had spent a few years working with a personal trainer, had taken group fitness classes fairly consistently, felt like I was overall pretty strong, but was also my heaviest ever. I didn't like how I looked in mirror, my clothes didn't fit the way I wanted, and I knew I had the potential to change that, but struggled with consistency, accountability, and motivation. Then I talked with Coach Grant. While it sounded a bit too good to be true, he promised that if I followed the program, stayed consistent and committed, I would start to see results quickly. I was paired with Coach Ray, quickly set some initial weight loss goals, and really focused on immediate things I needed to better control: type and amount of food, consistent movement/walking, better sleep, and 4 workouts a week. It seemed easy to understand, and it really was. I followed the nutrition recommendations, committed to logging everything I ate in the app, and realized that I didn't need to be perfect, just consistent. And the results started quickly.
I dropped 30 pounds in under 6 months. I'm closing in on another 10. I actually need to go to the tailor to get work clothes taken in...first time for that. I can see the results in my progression pics (make sure to take all these pics at each stage to really see your transformation). I feel and look stronger and am amazed at how quickly I went from bells that felt almost impossible to swing around at the start to the same bells being part of my current warm-ups and moderate workouts. The workouts evolve and push me just enough to continue to get stronger and improve without getting bored or burned out with the same movements. Even while traveling for work, I've been able to modify workouts when needed to keep improving.
I have been so excited for the results. It hasn't been easy, I haven't been perfect, but the coaches and other members always remind each other it's about progress and improvement, not perfection. I can't wait to see where I'll be in another few months.
It takes hard work, but KT takes the guesswork out of it
These guys have developed a system that really works. It’s not easy, but if you stick with it, you will get results. And the coaching / accountability system keeps you on track, or gets you back on track as you are going through your ups and downs. Highly recommend.
Amazing Program
In the words of my wife, Kettlebell Transformation lives up to its name. I'm 49 with a pretty busy work life and six kids at home. I had periodically gotten in okay shape through some cardio and trying not to eat like a pig, but was looking for something that would give me a routine and direct my workouts so all I had to do was execute.
The program exceeded all my expectations. I'm just finishing up week 16, and I've lost over 30 pounds, while increasing my strength. The coaching I got from Mike Connelly was simple to follow and always supportive. It really is true that you just have to follow the steps, and you see amazing results.
One note on the nutrition part of it. I was skeptical of following all the rules and figured I would just do what I could to eat better. And, for me, the beginning of the program when you are supposed to limit food intake to a particular list and monitor portion sizes etc. wasn't that helpful. But when I started daily entering the food I ate, it made it easy for me to see what I could do to make a difference. I've never actually stuck strictly to the food list they provide--though I'm sure that would be even better--but tracking the calories and protein intake made it easy to make huge progress while still eating tasty food.
I look forward to continuing the program with Kettlebell Mastery, and I couldn't recommend the program more highly for anybody who is looking for something like this.

I can’t recommend KT highly enough. This has been the only program that I’ve found that has allowed me to achieve significant and sustained success. An excellent community with accountability from one on one coaching. I only wish I had signed up for this program sooner.
